Nick Robins’s Inspiring Journey to Short-Term Rental Success

Entrepreneur turned short-term rental guru Nick Robins has found unorthodox success in the world of real estate. Robins, who initially attended college at Utah State to study finance, left college in favor of other pursuits. This was a challenging and terrifying experience that took courage and belief in himself. In the end, it was a risk that paid off.

While enrolled at Utah State, Robins underwent his first notable venture only two years into his collegiate career. He embarked on a two-year church mission in Oregon and Peru, learning to speak fluent Spanish and staying committed to service. His time as a missionary taught him the dire importance of discipline, planning, and goal-setting. Above all else, Robins grew to love people unconditionally, which ultimately spearheaded his drive to help others as much as possible.

Upon returning from his mission, Robins took his first steps into sales and sold solar power devices door to door. During his time in door-to-door sales, Robins quickly discovered a knack for the art of sales and became one of the top rookies in the field, selling more than $1M in revenue. This success made returning to college a daunting idea.

Robins made the bold decision to put Utah State in his rearview mirror. This decision was not made lightly and ultimately proved to be the source of much pain and many difficult conversations. But as an unflinching entrepreneur at heart, he knew he had to honor his feelings to become successful.

After yearning to be involved in the real estate industry for some time, Robins decided to take the leap. Unfortunately, he had no idea where to begin or even how to get started. Determination outweighed his trepidation once again, and along with his active business partner, Robins jumped into this exciting field. Once he began, he was hooked.

Robins quickly learned the ropes of real estate and almost immediately found that he having fun in the industry and developing a deep passion. Within four short months, Robins and his partner jumped into a short-term rental venture. They were able to scale their business from $0 to $10k+ monthly — a phenomenal achievement. Robins has found great success doing what he loves, but the real testament to his character is that his focus remains on helping others. He is driven to help others escape the 9-5, as long as they are willing to take a chance on themselves.

Taking risks helped Robins find himself, develop more confidence, and position himself to work anywhere in the world. Looking ahead, Robins knows that there are many people just like him who may struggle with school or the 9-5 grind. They may also suffer from poor mindset and lack confidence. This has shaped his latest goal to help others find the success he has found.

Robins has the roadmap, method, and most of all, the profound desire to help others not only make as much as $10k+ monthly, but also level up mentally, physically, and spiritually. More than a real estate mastermind and brilliant entrepreneur, Robins is on a mission to be a light to those around him, adding value and inspiration for all those who need it.
