If there is one rule that Sara Benhabbari abides by, it is always to follow her passion.
A graduate holding a master’s degree in marketing and business intelligence from the Faculty of Legal, Economic, and Social Sciences, she attributes a huge part of her success to this mentality.
Talking about one of her interests that quickly turned into a full-blown career, she says the following:
“My passion for social media was born nine years ago… I first trained myself by trying all kinds of communication means on social networks. Always with the same desire to understand, discover, put into practice, and share… I found my passion: Digital!
Through trial and error, she is able to narrow down what truly motivates her to keep moving forward and for her efforts into ventures that are near and dear to her heart. Unafraid to try new things, she dedicates her time to the things she values most.
Unapologetically herself, she is an activist for the causes that she believes in – animal rescue being one of them.
A quick scroll through her social media, which has amassed over 117 thousand followers, is all that is needed to see the love she garners for her pets.
“I am passionate about animals and this sometimes with a little excess. I can’t stand a suffering or abandoned animal, I have to take it under my wing,” she says. She adds, “For me, what animals bring to me is unique: each time I am in contact with them, it is the pure freedom, the inner well-being, the happiness to be among them and the communication that is established between us that I feel…”
It takes an extraordinary soul to feel this type of transcendent connection, and Sara proves time and over again that she is meant to be an advocate for their cause.
An avid traveler with an adventurous spirit, she often shares her lifestyle on social media, and her dogs, are no exception. Whether she is working, surfing or hiking, their happy faces pop up throughout her Instagram posts, instantly putting everyone else in a better mood.
Making sure that they are living their best life, she also does her best to offer the same chances to rescue animals.
“Adopting half-wild animals involves sacrifices. I can never leave them alone: I don’t go on vacation anymore, and have given up having children. For them. My choice has been made,” she explains. Adding dog rescue and adoption charity to her resume, she dedicates herself fully to their wellbeing and happiness. Ever since she can remember, her mission has been clear as day.
“My goal is to raise awareness and influence people to save, respect and adopt dogs & puppy,” Sara mentions in a recent interview.
Set on spreading awareness wherever she goes, she uses her established online presence for the greater good and does not steer away from her goals.
“I developed my community as I went along. I have always loved creating content, taking pictures and publishing on social networks. One day, I got into the game of posting more regularly on Instagram. The number of followers climbed and today what I want is for people to really follow me because they love what I do and who I am,” she goes on to say.
Making a name for herself online and offline, she hopes to inspire others to follow their dreams and make space in their hearts for animals.
