Priority Roofing Leader Will Miller And His Team Are Taking Their Multi-State Business To The Top

Priority Roofing is taking the US by storm. Spearheaded by CEO Will Miller, the Texan-born mogul and his team of experts have, in a short amount of time, blossomed to become the best in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. Now, as the business spills over into more than six different states, the residential and commercial roofing contracting company continues to shine bright thanks to its number one goal: to offer the highest quality services to customers.

Like a solid roof protecting the top of your crown, feeling safe and secure can only be accomplished by what lies beneath – but for Will Miller, CEO, and founder of Priority Roofing, there is no ‘top-down’ system here; it’s the team that stands alongside him that makes his business stronger than any foundation.

“I am a firm believer that what we have accomplished so far has always started with WE,” explains Miller, “I never wanted it to be a system that said, ‘we are doing this new thing because Will said we are going to do it.’ We are who we are, as an organization, because of our team.”

You see, they all possess something much more profound. Everyone at Priority Roofing, a business specializing in insurance claims and total storm restoration, has the passion, vision, and mission to provide others with good quality service. And service – a willingness to give back and be there for each other- makes the world’s highest-performing teams.

Now with operations in Kansas City, Austin, Dallas, Houston, Denver, and more, Miller and his team hope to make waves in communities worldwide.

But staking their brilliance in multiple locations, soaring to success, and smooth-sail scaling didn’t come easy. In fact, before leading, developing people, and providing opportunities for his team to excel in their roofing industry, Miller started his career pursuing to be a minister.

“When I was going through Bible school, I started door-to-door appointment set-ups for a roofing company,” says Miller, “but at the time, I never really saw myself as a business person. All I knew was that I wanted to help and impact people’s lives – I felt like that was my purpose.”

But after not succeeding in selling door-to-door later in his 20s, it was only after experiencing a vivid dream that Miller knew he had to give it another go.

“In the middle of the day, when I took a nap, I dreamed I was selling roofs. I woke up and knew I had to try again – even after such a discouraging attempt. It felt like a message. Some people call it the universe, others call it your purpose, but I think it was from God,” says Miller.

He continues, “the second time I tried it. It went very well, and soon selling roofs blew the ceiling off on what I thought was my potential, and I thought, well, if that’s possible, what else is?”

Following others who valued the ‘practice makes perfect’ ideology, Miller began to expand with consistency. And sure enough, the results began to show. Since starting his own business in 2016, the rollercoaster of storm years hit its peak in 2021 with over $60 million in annual revenue (100% growth over the prior year’s performance of 2.9 million).

But even after experiencing the worst storm year in 2022, what Miller valued most was how his team “consistently put in the same amount of time, effort, and work – showing up every single day on the grind” and still managed to finish the year having done more revenue than 2021 {now that’s impressive as they finished the year with over 66 million in total revenue}.

Today, as the team extends its residential and commercial roofing business into two more states, Kansas City and Fort Worth, Texas, Miller is excited about what 2023 has to offer. It’s no surprise the team has risen to be the 35th largest roofing contractor in the nation.

“I can’t wait to see what that journey will look like. We are ready to go above and beyond. We have the right team with extreme professionalism and expertise, and I believe in them,” says Miller.

With a figure like Will Miller leading with loyalties at the wheel, steering his colleagues turned family towards greatness, it’s no wonder cities like Dallas, Houston, Austin, San Antonio, Tyler, Fort Worth, Kansas City, Oklahoma City, California, Denver, and more are proud to call Priority Roofing their number one precedence.

And the love their customers have for their trusting, reliable, and efficient service shows. Regarding Priority Roofing’s online presence, they “don’t have one location brand with a rating lower than 4.9” on Google or Better Business Bureau or Yelp.

With expertise in various materials, styles, insurance claims, and more, allow the top-rated roofing contractor to serve you the right way. “Our goal is to work directly with your insurance company to ensure the process of bringing your home back to pre-storm conditions is as smooth and pleasant as possible,” shares Miller.

“Here at Priority, we treat every customer the way we would want to be treated. Whether we are doing a 10-minute roof repair or 10-day roof replacement, we aim to take the time to educate you and to help walk you through the process of restoring your home step by step”.
