Slot Machines
You’ve probably heard of slot machines, as they’re the staple of casinos in pop culture. It’s one of the most accessible games to get into other casino games and one of the most addicting. You can play slot machines for hours and never get bored. Modern-day slot machines are much more simplified than their past versions to the point where you would only need to push a button or pull a lever and let the machine do all the work for you.
And that’s all there is. There are no strategies to learn and virtually no decisions to make outside of deciding how much money you want to put into one roll. Regarding design, slot machines nowadays are themed around pop culture like movie classics, celebrities, popular games, etc.
Roulette
Although intimidating, Roulette is one of the most popular games you can play in the casino. You can even see a lot of Online roulette real money because of how popular it is. You might think it’s intimidating because of the colors and numbers around the board, but the concept is simple. All you have to do in this game is to guess which place the ball will land after a spin, and if you’re right, you win.
For those who have never seen a roulette board before, it’s a giant spinning wheel filled with different colors and numbers with a ball rolling around it and landing somewhere when the board stops spinning. There are a lot of options in betting, like picking a number or a color. Or, if you want to have another option, you could also guess whether the ball will land on an even or odd number.
Blackjack
Blackjack is one of the most popular table card games in the casino. Hundreds of people are playing blackjack at a time, and many more are waiting in line, looking for an open table. Blackjack’s premise is simple and easy to learn with a little strategy. So in this game, you’ll be given two cards by the dealer, and you aim to have a hand that is as close to number 21 as the dealer. Face cards are valued at ten, and aces are one.
If your first hand is unsatisfactory, you can choose to hit for you to be given another card. If you’re okay with your hand, you can call a stand. Some variations of the rules allow you to hit as much as you want, but some only hit once.
Baccarat
Baccarat is also one of the most accessible games because of its simplicity and ease. When playing this game, you must choose between the player and the banker. The player is just a placeholder, as no cards will be dealt to you. All you have to do is sit there and wait for the dealer to finish dealing the cards, and then you’ll pick which of them you think has the higher value.
The player and the banker will be dealt two cards at the beginning of the game. There are specific rules for dealing with the third card, but you don’t have to worry about it since the dealer will automatically deal with a third card whenever necessary. After the third card is out, the hand with the higher value wins.
However, note that in baccarat, the values are counted differently. The number in the tens place is permanently removed, so only the single digit will be left to count. So, for example, if the cards are valued at 17, then that hand will only be valued at 7. Ties are rare in this game, so you would want to only pick between the player and the banker. Also, some rules regarding the third card make winning easier if you always pick the banker side. But that’s a topic for another day.
