Real Estate, Tech, and Cannabis – How Realtor and Entrepreneur, Shawna Barbeau is Making it Happen

The core foundation of entrepreneurship is built on equal parts of foresight, strategy, and dynamism. These are cues that are not entirely understood by every person in business, largely due to the differences in experience, knowledge, and skill. Shawna Barbeau believes that modern entrepreneurship requires a level of adaptability, especially when it comes to adopting new business models. Mistakes will be made along the way to self-actualization as an entrepreneur, but it is all about trial and error, and most importantly, learning lessons that will make them better in a particular endeavor.

Shawna Barbeau is a Los Angeles realtor and entrepreneur who believes that business is about being receptive to current trends and developments. She is the founder of Elite Estates, a business that liaises with athletes and entertainers to get them the best properties in any city across the country. Her goal- is to provide a luxury experience to her clients while respecting their privacy. Aside from this, she is an advocate of cannabis, she recently became partners with a vacation stay platform that has combined real estate, tech, and cannabis. It is through her time managing this business that she learned the importance of being dynamic in business.

A common mentality that applies to most dynamic entrepreneurs is their willingness to take risks. Shawna Barbeau has been taking chances on her road to success. After leading Elite Estates to a multi-state status business, several entities and partners approached her for a potential collaboration. She decided to place her stake with HiBnb, a cannabis-friendly destination that accommodates cannabis lovers and enthusiasts for a fee. The beauty of this organization is that it is using technology to lure, market, and bring together cannabis users from all over the country. She knew that it was a risk to invest her expertise with HiBnb but her sincere urge for enlightenment could not stop her from venturing into this new undertaking.

Shawna Barbeau is always thinking of ways of positively impacting her work environment, especially when engaging clients who are in need of her realtor services. She tries to influence them with her ideologies about life, business, and entrepreneurship while listening to feedback from different people. Since the partnership started, Shawna Barbeau has been focused on erasing the stigma that clouds cannabis users, actively instigating conversations about its safety with people who might be interested in this topic. Shawna Barbeau is the first among many realtors who is combining real estate, cannabis, and tech to positively impact the lives of customers she interacts with. Her secret is centered on the flexibility to evolve with things that happen in any business industry.

A dynamic foresight is nothing without a plan for contingencies, a rationale that Shawna Barbeau sustains in all her endeavors. A multi-disciplinary approach to doing business is working for her, and she wants many other struggling and upcoming entrepreneurs to learn from her.
