Realtor Christopher Mazzuca Shows Why Now Is the “Best Time to Buy Your Dream House”

Christopher Mazzuca is a licensed real estate agent based in Canada. He was born and raised in Hamilton, Ontario, and moved to the Niagara Region 15 years ago to pursue his career in urban planning. “My passion has always been in real estate. Christopher primarily serves the areas between Hamilton, Ontario, and Niagara Region. He shared, “The Niagara Region is growing and hosts numerous events, such as rowing, and of course, it is the place where people can find one of the 7th wonders of the world, the Niagara Falls. The lifestyle is a little more laid back, and some of the cities have a small-town feel. The prices are a little more reasonable than the Greater Toronto Area.”

He works with any client and even welcomes first-time homebuyers, educates them about the whole process, and makes sure they make the best decision to buy their dream homes. Christopher shared in an interview his opinion about the real estate market right now; he said, “The market is Hot. Listings are selling within a couple of days for at least $100K over asking. Now is the time to buy before the prices come surging again.”

When asked to share some advice to first-time home buyers, here’s what he responded, “Be prepared, have your pre-approval and trust your real estate agent. They have knowledge of the market. In this market, things move fast but don’t be worried; I will be with you every step of the way.”

Christopher continued, “My 18 years of experience in municipal urban planning can assist investors, commercial or residential clients. In addition, it can deal with issues in the city such as severances, adding a new unit, site plan approval, zoning by-law approval, official plan approvals. I also have a diploma in Geographical Information Systems (GIS).”
