Realtor Fady Khudair Shows Why Ottawa is an Amazing Place to Have a Wonderful Career And Raise a Family

Fady Khudair is one of the esteemed real estate salespersons in Canada. He mostly serves the Ottawa area wherein he highlights all the right reasons why people should start building their whole new lives there. Read on to know more.

Fady is a father of two wonderful children who enjoys being greatly involved in their community. Aside from that, the family is extremely physically active and enjoys the outdoors. Fady loves going to the gym and doing all sorts of sports activities, going to the beach, and enjoys spending his time with friends and family. He says,  “You can say I am an all-year outdoor fan.”

This outdoor-loving personality is a result of Fady having to serve the military for some time and has experienced being a coach for soccer and various other sports.

Having lived in Ottawa for two decades, his familiarity with the place is close to none. He shows off what the place has to offer, saying: “I service the greater Ottawa area which is the National Capital Region of Canada. The beauty of this area is that it’s a government town with lots of amenities and activities to do all year long. It’s an amazing place to raise a family and have a wonderful career. Due to the heavy federal government presence, Ottawa housing tends to hold its value regardless of worldwide market blimps. It’s a fantastic place to live or invest in with a low vacancy rate of less than 4%.”

Fady specializes in buying and selling residential properties and particularly caters to first-time homebuyers and first-time home sellers. Fady adds, “I also have expertise in investment and commercial properties and a team that can answer any of your real estate needs.” He adds, “One thing you will come to learn quickly about me is that you will never want me on the other side of the negotiation table. firm but fair. pleasant but professional. work hard but play hard.”

When asked about how the real estate market is performing right now, Fady answered, “Ottawa’s market is always the right market to buy and sell as it’s a resilient market due to dependency on being a government town. it’s always the right time to acquire our services as we know real estate best regardless of what needs you might have and what the market conditions are.”

Being an expert in the field, he extended some pieces of advice for those who plan to enter the real estate market in the future. Fady said, “Always use a realtor to avoid trouble later on. Just like none of your fingers are the same, none of the realtors are the same. Interview a few before you make a decision and always check up on references and past clients’ testimonials.”
