This flexibility allows you to create a schedule that works for you and your family.

5) Promotes Employee Well-Being

A study by Gallup found that employees who have a good work-life balance are more engaged and productive at work. According to Roy Meyer, “Working remotely has allowed me to have a better work-life balance, which has led to increased productivity at work. I can take the time I need for myself, which has led to improved mental and physical health.”
