Revolutionizing Real Estate with Dual Expertise and Technology

His educational background in two different areas made Ahmed a step ahead in the business.

Being a master of one field is great but it may not be enough to be at the top in this throat-cutting era. Everyone is here with their art or thing to win or earn more money or to achieve more but are they reaching their goal with this? That is the question to be asked. Too many fields of expertise always lead to too much hard labor and only having knowledge in one field is not enough to stand out.

There is supposed to be a balance in number and the quality to be required to use that knowledge to its best. That balance is perfectly depicted by Ahmed AlMallahi.

Ahmed AlMallahi

Ahmed AlMallahi, CEO of Continental Real Estate (CRE), received his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the American University of Sharjah in 2016 and continued on to have his master’s degree in real estate management and development from Heriot-Watt University, which he completed in 2017. After gaining some experience, he joined his father’s business to continue his legacy. CRE is a company that offers real estate services such as valuation, investment advisory, and property management.

Bringing Dual Expertise to Real Estate

With expertise in two fields, Ahmed stands out from his competitors. In the real estate business, people with civil engineering come into the frame only in terms of development. People with masters in real estate management take care of all the operations but due to the dual knowledge and experience in this field, Ahmed is differentiated from the crowd. During his initial days of joining the company, he faced many challenges to bring the approach of the operating company on the same wavelength as the modern-day approaches without damaging the roots.

He immediately entered the valuation and property management department’s operational workflow. With this strategy, he was able to estimate operational risks, avoid potential SLA delays, and identify resource improvements that were necessary to maintain compliance with local and global market standards. After making the necessary adjustments, he was able to get hold of the company and mold it to his liking.

Ahmed’s Next Move

Ahmed’s notion of bringing engineering into the real estate business made him bring perspective to the business. Ahmed could understand the customer’s problem and could bring the solutions to them through his company’s service. Ahmed’s insight into building strategies while keeping the people in mind led him to establish royal comfort which is a fit-out contracting company in the year 2018 and he started taking on projects of luxury villas, retail spaces, and commercial offices utilizing the service of CRE as a commercial brokerage and making it an add-on service for the clients.

Moreover, Ahmed is bringing new technology for visualizing in the space used for homes, offices, restaurants, hotels, etc., into his business. That technology is called Vizualife.

Vizualife is a design services technology that gives you the added benefit of using 1:1 scale floor plan projection, VR, and a mix of AR (augmented reality) technology.  Through its unique setup, Vizualife allows customers to keep track of their changes in real-time and accurately visualize their future space without ever having to move any furniture around. The success of Ahmed AlMallahi is a testament to his determination, hard work, and innovative thinking. With his unique set of skills and knowledge, he is bringing a unique outlook to the real estate industry and inspiring others to think outside the box.
