Silja Silbuch: Creating Your Entrepreneurial Blueprint with Spirituality and Human Design

Silja Silbuch is a Spiritual Marketing Trainer for Yoga Teachers and women in body and energy work. She is fast rising as a leader in her field for her unique ability to combine spirituality, business, and human design with one another to create a more powerful effect than when used on their own.

Over the last 3 years, Silja has supported over 300 customers in creating their dream business. She looks back on over ten years of experience in marketing, journalism and social media and knows the best tips and strategies on how to successfully start a business.

Not only has Silja had years of experience running seminars at international yoga teacher training courses and yoga festivals (such as Xperience, Yoga United and Wanderlust), she is also a trained Vinyasa and Yin yoga teacher who has touched the lives and hearts of thousands across the globe.

Turning adversity into opportunity

Victim mentality is a personality trait in which a person regards themselves as a victim to their outside circumstances and the actions of others, despite contrary evidence proving otherwise.

This was the case for Silja from the age of 9 after her mother passed away. After her mother’s passing, Silja suppressed her core feminine nature and was forced to step into a more masculine and protective role. Coupled with sexual trauma in her childhood years and a divorce in her adult years, it turned into a blessing in disguise that led her to her life-changing awakening in 2015.

Four years later Silja launched her company “Be a YogiPreneur” running training workshops and masterclasses to help her clients connect deeper with themselves, find their inner-most power, and ultimately create the business of their dreams.

Live your true colors and become the best version of yourself

It is one thing to turn your gifts into a business, but it is another to turn that business into one that is thriving and highly profitable for the long-term.

Widely felt amongst the new generation of entrepreneurs, is a sense of resistance in receiving large sums of money for our gifts and the value we provide to the world. Silja wholeheartedly believes our personal success comes down to our level of self-worth.

“I recently did a twelve weeks training and most of the women who participated now earn triple of what they invested into my training. They are much more visible now.”

This is what has Silja wake up each morning so passionately to work on not only her own dreams, but also the dreams of those she serves, as she wants nothing more than to empower others and help them become the best version of themselves. More specifically, her passion lies around empowering
spiritual people, Yoga teachers, body workers and shamans who wish to show the world their true colors and gifts.

Why the combination of spirituality and human design is vital in business

Traditional businesses are renowned to lack soft skills (emotional intelligence, communication, and interpersonal skills) as they maintain a heavier emphasis on hard skills (teachable and measurable abilities).

Silja is one of few leaders who understand the sheer importance of combining spirituality, business and human design with one another, and integrates it seamlessly in her own business and her clients businesses.

While Silja prefers to steer away from teaching her clients about data, numbers, or hard business or marketing strategies, she instead teaches them how to create their business from their heart and soul – as well as the importance of their belief systems, mindset, and trauma and how to use these to connect us deeply to our inner purpose.

Silja shares “I‘m so proud that I decided to leave everything behind in 2017 and jump into new opportunities, as well as creating the business of my dreams. I love to empower women to find and share their gifts with the world.”
