Snackaholics Satisfies Your Cravings with Low Fees and High Expectations

How many times have you been sitting at home after a long day at work and had a craving for a snack but didn’t want to make the trip to the store for just a few items? Well, Snackaholics has come to the market for just this reason! You can stay in the comfort of your own home, in your pajamas, and rely on Snackaholics to bring you what you need.

Bijon Brydson and Steven Farrell were busy college students. One night, they were craving snacks and wished there were a way to have some delivered, without having to order actual food from a restaurant or fast-food establishment. This sparked an idea, and within 60 days, they had developed a plan to bring a snack-serving service to the delivery industry, bringing Snackaholics to life.

The business model includes a low delivery fee of just $1.00 and operates until 1:00 am, knowing that cravings sometimes hit at hours when people don’t want to get out. They focus on bringing consumers food, snacks, groceries, and essentials, with plans to expand into alcohol delivery service as well. Having experienced the need for such a service, they have found that many others resonate with the offerings of their company.

Snackaholics is very consumer-centric, knowing that they are the backbone of such an endeavor, “With us being customers within this industry, there are too many times where customer service is second in delivery situations. We at Snackaholics are truly customer obsessed and are committed to making sure our customers receive the best experience every single time they order from us.” The most difficult milestone for the duo was reaching the initial 1000 app downloads for their innovative delivery service, but their focus on consumer satisfaction helped them reach that initial goal, with word of mouth and positive reviews continuing the climb.

Steven Farrelll and Bijon Brydson are focusing on the growth and exposure of their new service to the Orlando Metropolitan area, acquiring the needed requirements to add alcohol delivery into their suite of products offered. Eventually, they would like to envelop surrounding areas as well, taking the top-notch service in the on-demand food and delivery industry to the masses.
