Entrepreneurship

Steven Basalari’s Lavish Lifestyle

Steven Basalari (@stevenbasalari) grew up in Italy as the son of a well-known disco owner and is proud to make an impact globally.

Growing Up With Entrepreneurs

Throughout his childhood, Basalari was encouraged to make the most out of the opportunities, and at 20-years-old he began managing some of his father’s clubs. He was able to book a wide selection of well-known artists and eventually began to open a few clubs of his own.

Basalari always enjoyed the nightlife lifestyle as it inspired him to travel around the world. In his early 20s, Basalari took trips to Los Angeles, Miami, Dubai, Hong Kong, and many other major cities.

“These trips ignited my fire to start an international business,” he says.

He saw the sheer scope of business opportunities. His network led him to the opportunity of a lifetime.

Learning About The Booming E-Commerce Industry

16-year-old Sami Baaid messaged him one day, informing him of the growing e-commerce industry. Unaware of the business model, he asked Baaid for more information. Basalari was enamored with the idea of creating an e-commerce brand. With Sami as his partner, they began their very first e-commerce venture. The brand became a hit in Italy.

“The brand is now one of the most successful in all of Italy and inspired me to give back,” he says.

The Start Of Drop Evolution

Basalari now helps aspiring entrepreneurs start their own e-commerce business through Drop Evolution, an online course designed to help new clients create their own dropshipping business.

“It doesn’t matter how old someone is, where they are from, or how much experience they have — I believe anyone can start a dropshipping business and be successful,” he says.

By anyone, though, Basalari doesn’t mean everyone. While demographics don’t matter, Basalari says it takes a certain mindset to become successful with dropshipping.

“The first thing beginners need to know is that they can’t give up if they want to succeed, he says. “You can’t fail if you don’t give up.”

It could take years for people to find success with their dropshipping business, but Basalari says it’s worth it.

“The ability to work from anywhere in the world while running a 6-7 figure business is invaluable,” says Basalari.

Basalari believes a positive mindset is integral to success.

Final Thoughts

“You should pretend that you are already successful and do the things that a successful person would do daily,” says Basalari. “Habits are the only things that matter, and once someone does the right thing for a long enough time — they will eventually succeed.”
