Tactics To Attract Attendees To Your Exhibition Stand

Exhibitions are an excellent opportunity to find leads and growth for your business. However, they can be a difficult space to navigate. Achieving success at trade show exhibitions comes down to your visitor rate. With strong competitors around, you want to make sure the crowd pays attention to you. You can do so through lights, digital visuals, giveaways, etc. 

However, doing what the others are already doing may not be that much of a success. You may question yourself, “How does one stand out?” You are reading the right blog. Tips to attract your target audience to your stand 

  • Use pre-show marketing tactics. 

Promoting your exhibit even before the exhibition begins is a way to get a headstart. There are several tactics you can use. For example, sending newsletters, starting a social media campaign, and creating landing pages and infographics. Speak to the expo organizers if you can be allowed to advertise your business on their website or event site before the event. Anyone who passes across the event site will take an interest in your stand first. 

  • Remember your existing clients.

It is not safe to assume that your current clients will necessarily visit your stand. There are other things to see in the world, so give them a reason to come. One way to do this is giveaways. They may already have lots of pens and keychains from other businesses. So, make sure you give them something nice and extraordinary. Giving them coupons and discounts yields a higher chance of them returning for a purchase. 

  • Choose the host carefully. 

Make sure you employ at least two people to host the stand. If they are going to take breaks, you will need even more people. Most importantly, one of the hosts should be you. As the business owner and the main representative, you are the most knowledgeable about your products and should be there for the visitors. If your products are technical, make sure to employ people who can explain the complexities of the products easily to the visitors. 

  • Be visual. 

Visuals, unique designs, strategic lighting, creative content, and bold graphics make it easier to be noticed than boring, plain, printed letters. To do this, you must also ensure your stand is at a strategic location. This will help attract visitors and make them stop and stare.
