Richy and Mylin have worked with top industry leaders before and after forming Templemill Productions in 2018. Their first important client was Gerard Adams. When Adams sold his company, Elite Daily in 2015, he started a non-profit company called Fownders, and the two moved to Newark, New Jersey to help him grow his personal brand. They shot season 2 and 3 of his interview series, Leaders Create Leaders and later founded Templemill.
Within the first two months of launching Templemill, Richy and Mylin closed a six-figure deal.
