Hey Guys! Back at you today with another episode of The One Percenter Podcast and I know this is one you’re going to enjoy.

Today I bring on an amazing guest and someone you’ve definitely seen around, welcome Mr. Jeff Fenster.

Jeff is the founder of Everbowl with over 25 locations, he is a Forbes instructor, speaker, and featured as a top 40 under 40. He is most well known for his growing retail presence in Socal and Arizona in the form of Everbowl.

Jeff is driving the monumental growth of everbowl, with plans to introduce the brand nationwide through both retail operations and a line of superfood-infused CPG products. As part of successfully scaling the brand, Jeff has spearheaded the implementation of innovative processes to streamline everbowl’s revenue-driving efficiencies in areas including operations, procurement, supply chain and construction.

Jeff has an incredible story of entrepreneurship and how he got started in all of this. He actually became a lawyer and didn’t want to work in law so he got in the sales game and began crushing it.

He left that to begin his own payroll company and grew and scaled it to become very successful. In that time he learned an incredible lesson, he wasn’t a payroll specialist, he was an entrepreneur

One of my favorite parts of the interview is when we talk about all the different kinds of entrepreneurs. It’s such a great insight Jeff talks about and it’s so important to know so when you get into business where your strengths are.

My advice to you, discover what kind of entrepreneur you are, where your strengths are, and where you can potentially succeed the most in business. .

I hope you guys enjoy the episode and drop some love in the comments!

I’ll see you soon
