After navigating an unprecedented year; in many aspects, questions surrounding Toronto real estate remain a constant in discussion among residents and even around the globe. A limited and constrained supply of inventory combined with aggressive immigration targets creates a huge demand; and huge prices! It has never been more important to have a quality agent representing your interests, ensuring no money is left on the table for sellers and that buyers are not enticed to over-pay. Our interview with the newest member of the Tyler McLay Realty Group, Daniel Kim, dives deep into what it takes to stand out as a buyer or seller, with the right representation.
Daniel Kim is no stranger to Toronto real estate, nor to the many refined skills required to add incredible value to buyers and sellers in a competitive market environment. “I studied International Business Administration at York University and completed my Bachelor of Business Administration degree at Korea University.
