The New Closer On The Block: Daniel Kim

After navigating an unprecedented year; in many aspects, questions surrounding Toronto real estate remain a constant in discussion among residents and even around the globe. Our interview with the newest member of the Tyler McLay Realty Group, Daniel Kim, dives deep into what it takes to stand out as a buyer or seller, with the right representation.    

 

Daniel Kim is no stranger to Toronto real estate, nor to the many refined skills required to add incredible value to buyers and sellers in a competitive market environment. “I studied International Business Administration at York University and completed my Bachelor of Business Administration degree at Korea University. I began my professional career working for the Korean Presidential Press Advance Team from 2010 to 2013 and had the opportunity to work in several cities around the world, familiarizing myself with real estate markets globally. From 2013 to 2018, I liaised as a broker in international trade, refining my top tier negotiation skills” he expounded. 

 

“I’m bringing my own brand of exceptional customer service to my clients, coupled with the experienced execution of a globally recognized brand in Tyler McLay Realty Group. I advise in both residential and commercial real estate transactions, alleviating stresses and providing a seamless transaction. I know that the current times demand for a breed of Realtor who is creative in their approach and provides efficiency to produce effective results.”

 

Daniel has already demonstrated successful history of an analytical, decisive, and hard-working attitude during his time in service to the Korean Office of the

 President, United Nations, and Hyundai Motors. He’s planning to bring his unique, effective work ethic and skill set to clients looking for exceptionally committed realtors in the Greater Toronto Area. “My main goal is really to deliver satisfying real estate services to my clients and build a lasting long-term personal relationship with each of them. I can guarantee successful results, leveraging my proven skills in negotiation and closing. I want to add value and properly earn my clients’ trust as I transact through my genuine passion being recognized.” he said simply.

 

It’s undeniable that a fresh new realtor looking to re-energize the real estate industry in the GTA is welcome news. To many potential homebuyers, Daniel Kim represents the brave, attentive, and efficient new age of realtors: the new closer on the block.

 

Daniel will be joining the Tyler McLay Realty Group located at 187 King St E in Toronto On. A successful team managed and led by Tyler McLay, a third-generation realtor holding both a Master’s degree in Real Estate & Infrastructure from the highly regarded Schulich School of Business and a Bachelor’s in Finance. Tyler has independently earned national recognition on a massive scale including landing a spot on the highly coveted Top 35 Under 35 list in Canada in 2020, sales volume in the top 2% of Realtors nationally earning the Red Diamond Award, and features in a variety of reputable publications. Daniel assures his clients will be in great hands and have a force behind him to support him in this new journey.
