My man Anthony Delgado came all the way from Puerto Rico to be on today’s podcast!   Anthony was in PR because he runs an entrepreneur community there called Disrupt Puerto Rico.   He was born and raised in NY but his families homeland is PR so it’s near and dear to him.   Due to the last devastation in PR which left them in a blackout, Anthony decided he wanted to do something about it.   His driving point is showing people how to get resourceful.   Over here College doesn’t always mean you’re going to be successful in life and working in the field you’ve majored in, the same goes for the people in PR.   Surprising to most, many people over there have a college education but the opportunity isn’t always available, especially after life changing disasters.   Instead of having people feel the need to move in the states, Anthony set out to show them the entrepreneurial route that allows them to stay in the homeland they love surrounded by family and friends.   ” If you have WiFi, you can do anything ”   Anthony hosts big seminars and has amazing speakers come from all around the world in various industries to talk to the people in PR and open their mindset for whats possible!   Anthony is a great man that’s dedicated himself to helping others and changing the way you think, you don’t want to miss out on this podcast.   I’ll be at his next Seminar so make sure you say hi!   Much Love, Dr. Sam Bakhtiar   Time Stamps:   2:38 – The Great Leaders Of Our Time 3:04 – Why PR Is The Red Headed Step Child 4:44 – Here’s Why College Doesn’t Work For Some People 11:03 – I Learned Entrepreneurship The Hard way 15:00 – The Flaw In Being An Employee With A Degree 24:12 – We’re Building An Elite School In PR!!!

Sam Bakhtiar is the Co-Founder of Camp Transformation Center that has impacted thousands of lives and grown to many locations with a vision of becoming a household name globally. From 1-1 personal training to expanding their offerings to group training which proved to be very affordable, they decided to expand into other areas and people liked the model so much that they decided to franchise this concept which proved to be successful. Being raised by a single mother, Sam immigrated from Iran to Pennsylvania, America after a series of bombings and fearing for their lives, his mother decided it was best to leave the country for a better life. After not making the cut for the basketball team, Sam went to the local boys club after his mother told him that he should start training and try out again the following year. However, Sam was fascinated by the people training at the gym and their physiques which inspired him to train to become a Champion Bodybuilder.
