Women Who Disrupt
Tiffany Hallgren Crook: Bringing Change to Fertility and Women’s Health

Tiffany Hallgren Crook is an entrepreneur and fertility consultant who is bringing change to the infertility and egg donation space. As the founder of TLC, Tiffany primarily works with hopeful parents seeking an egg donor with accomplished backgrounds. She curates matches based on lists of criteria desired by the parents and the compensation amounts that each party proposes. Tiffany’s approach stands out due to its mutual matching process, where both parties get to know a little about each other, which promotes a positive journey for everyone involved.
Tiffany’s journey in the fertility industry began over 9 years ago when she worked alongside various fertility centers and donor agencies. With an immense amount of knowledge and experience, she took a leap of faith and founded TLC Infertility and Donor Services in 2015. As the founder of the boutique agency, Tiffany offers high-standard services to clients who are searching for distinct egg donors. Her team is committed to providing their clients with personalized attention and ensuring that both the donors and intended parents receive exceptional care throughout the entire process.
Tiffany was recommended for a job at an egg donor agency shortly after her move to Los Angeles and quickly fell in love with the work and found deep fulfillment in being able to help others navigate the complex world of fertility.
While founding and running her own agency, Tiffany earned a master’s degree in Nonprofit Management from Columbia University and has combined that with her expertise and dedication to her clients to flourish in the fertility industry.
Aside from her work at TLC, Tiffany is a thought leader and innovator in the field of infertility, advocating for the exploration of women’s health and fertility with experts on egg donation, egg freezing, fertility, and overall women’s healthcare. Her advocacy is rooted in her personal experience, having been diagnosed with a rare type of breast cancer in 2022. Thankfully, her prior knowledge and advocacy in the field of fertility enabled her to have embryos created with her husband at age 28, which meant she did not have to prolong her treatment.
Her determination to continue helping individuals achieve their dream of having a family while empowering women about their fertility and health, so they can “have it all”- a career, a family, is a testament to her philanthropy and compassion. Tiffany’s firsthand experience with cancer also highlights the importance of being proactive about health and the value of having options like egg freezing available for women who may face cancer treatment and other health issues in the future.
She mentions “This field became my passion because I get to see hopeful couples have a family of their own, and young women achieve their dreams of starting their own business, traveling the world, or continuing their education.”
Raised in a multicultural middle-class family, Tiffany’s path to success was not always easy. She’s proud to be the first to attend an Ivy League school and earn a graduate degree in her family. Her personal journey has taught her the importance of speaking up and sharing her story and she hopes that by doing so, she can inspire others to carve their paths and pursue their dreams.
In a world where conversations about infertility and women’s health have room for improvement, Tiffany’s work and advocacy are crucial. Her approach to mutual matching and curated consulting ensures that both parties have a positive experience, and her personal journey is a testament to the importance of being proactive about health. As she continues to be an innovator and change-maker in the fertility and women’s health space, Tiffany Hallgren Crook is a name to watch.
