Tired of The Daily Rat Race of Juggling a Corporate Job? So was Victoria Wright…

victoria wright

Author, Victoria Wright, used all of her good and bad experiences to find other income and career opportunities, and she has revealed all in her debut non-fiction book, ‘I’m Too Old for this Sh*t!’.

“‘I’m Too Old for this Sh*t’ was written for anyone that is tired of the daily rat race of juggling a corporate job, which if you’re honest is one you don’t really enjoy, whilst running a household and trying to spend time with your family, and struggling to find a single second to have to yourself,” Wright said.

“I have been there and done that. Climbing the corporate ladder for years only to be dumped on the scrap heap fuelled my search for an answer to the persistent niggling thought inside my head that ‘there has to be more to life than this’.

“In my search I was led on a personal journey of discovery, which resulted in overcoming beliefs that were limiting my success.”

According to Wright, the book is a real, honest story of failure, shortcomings, and tips on how to challenge your inherit beliefs to create a new way of life earning multiple income streams.

“I was fed up with corporate politics, male dominated organisations and being on the financial treadmill – earn more, spend more – then hitting the proverbial glass ceiling where income is capped,” Wright added.

“I’d always been involved with network marketing with moderate success but never seemed able to take it to a higher level. However, on my journey I realised that the cause of my inability to really succeed in the field was due to my own limiting beliefs around money and success. These beliefs were a result of years of negative conditioning.

“I also discovered that so many people, particularly those part of Generation X, felt the same. They believed following the usual course of going to school, getting a good job and working hard for 40 years for 40 hours a week only to retire with a less than sufficient retirement income was just what you did.”

According to Wright, it wasn’t until she truly and wholly invested in herself and into the world of network marketing that her life began on the upward trajectory to where it is today. She channelled her energy into learning from and reflecting on all of her good and bad experiences in the workforce in order to attract new income and career opportunities.

“Through my studies in hypnotherapy and neuro-linguistic programming, combined with the trials and tribulations of corporate life and politics, I found a way to achieve financial and time freedom through network marketing. It was only then that I was finally able to leave the corporate rat race behind for good,” Wright explained.

According to Wright, the vehicle of network marketing steered her life towards a life that is rich with time, freedom, balance and income. She is now dedicating her career to encouraging people transform their mindsets in order to do the same. Wright helps people achieve personal and financial freedom by building teams of like-minded individuals. She partners with people who are open to an alternative method of generating income through owning their own network marketing business.

“Network marketing takes work, but the most important thing is to have an open mind to the possibility that there is another way to do life. You have to be willing to challenge long-standing beliefs, to be different to your peers, and have the commitment to doing the work to succeed,” outlined Wright.

“I learnt how important it is to have more than one income stream as I watched thousands of people have their livelihoods change substantially during the COVID-19 crisis. Successfully building a network marketing business 100 percent online meant that I was able to support my loved ones financially and emotionally during those incredibly challenging times.

“And just like all other forms of work in today’s gig economy, network marketing has also evolved.  My business does not involve hosting home parties or hassling family and friends.  It is 100 percent online, leveraging the global trend of online shopping and seeking connection from others for recommendations and referrals.

“I wrote ‘I’m Too Old for this Sh*t!’ to help spread the word that there is a better way to live your life.  Network marketing may not be perfect, but to me it is definitely better than the corporate grind that I found myself in for many years.

“The focus of the book is on network marketing, dispelling the myths and rumours, which surround the industry. I also demonstrate how with the right mindset, you too can achieve success and stop feeling that you are taking one step forward and three steps back with your finances, freedom and life.”

‘I’m Too Old for this Sh*t’ is available now on Amazon and other online retailers.
