Stephania Pedraza is an entrepreneur who specializes in helping her clients improve their financial score, thus enabling them to accomplish their life goals. In this interview, she shares how she got to the level she’s at today, and what inspires her to do more.

What spurred you to join the credit repair industry?

Well, I got into the credit repair business when I decided to pay off all of my collection/negative accounts, thinking my credit score would increase. What a mistake that was! However, this was the catalyst that forced me to learn more about fixing credit.

After this mistake, I decided to hire a credit repair company to help me out. I recall that I had doubts about credit repair companies. Two months into their program, I got a call informing me that my credit repair was 100% complete. All I could say was that I couldn’t believe it. My credit went from 520 to 730 in only two months.

This was when I decided to dive into the credit industry. I thought to myself that if I could help families and individuals not make the same mistakes that I’ve made, I would help them save hundreds or even thousands of dollars and help them achieve their goals. Mastering the credit industry took me two solid years of rigorous study, but it was worth it.

What an Inspiring story, now can you tell us more about your firm and what drives you to be the best you can be?

My credit repair firm, Platinum Credit Resolutions, has successfully become one of Houston’s top credit repair companies. We help consumers with bad credit scores get into good credit or even excellent credit to purchase their first/dream home, first car, or simply build credit by removing all wrong items from their credit report. Our goal is to help people reach their financial goals. Cash is king, but credit is power.

I will never forget the day I fixed my first client’s credit, and he was able to get approved to buy his first home in 2 months. Not only did that happen, but his lender and realtor also teamed up with me, and we were able to get numerous clients into homes. 

Being able to achieve my client’s goals, and seeing them making videos/texts on how grateful they are for me fixing their credit keeps me motivated.
