Vyper Industrial — A Family-Owned Business Building Virtually Indestructible Chairs with American Pride

Vyper Industrial is the new go-to for industrial-grade chairs and stools that can stand up to hours in the shop while providing incredible support. The company is well-known for manufacturing premium quality products, down to the last stitch. The close-knit team treats clients like family and takes pride in delivering high-quality products manufactured in Green Bay, WI.

How Vyper Industrial Came to Elevate the Sitting Experience

Dayne and Dylan Rusch, the owners and brothers, spent a substantial amount of time in the garage with their father as kids. The man was a mechanical genius; in addition to revolutionizing the metal shaping industry, he built a one-seater airplane, cars and numerous other projects right in his home garage.

After a career of cycling through several cheap chairs, he set out to make his dream chair. He gathered his sons to fabricate the most badass chair anyone has seen, and the Vyper Chair was born.

It wasn’t the first thought to take the chair to market, but once Dayne set up a website, they started flying out the door. Demand became so great that the small family team was forced to expand, building out the company and brand, Vyper Industrial.

Vyper Industrial’s Badass Chairs

The Rusch family didn’t leave out a single detail when designing and building these meticulously crafted chairs. They started by creating a solid and broad base that doubles as a footrest and prevents the chair from tipping when leaning into your work. The round aluminum base is fastened to the center shaft with laser-cut, powder-coated steel legs that resist rust and corrosion.

You can also opt for a powder-coated steel tray just under the legs to hold tools, hardware, beverages and whatever else you might want. Or you can go with the Sidekick, a convenient and ergonomic side-reach tool holder for whatever you’re working with.

The 4” casters are made of an industrial-grade polyurethane that easily roll over extension cords, zip ties, nails and other debris without marking floors. The casters also include an optional locking mechanism for those times you need a little extra leverage or are working on a grade.

Need to adjust the height up or down? They have that covered, too, with their patent-pending Vyper Quick Height mechanical seat adjuster. The attachment is just as fast as hydraulics without the high failure rate. You can also order chairs with the standard Acme Rod Adjustment system.

The seat is constructed with 3.5” thick industrial-grade foam; it’s cushiony while keeping its form over the long term. For the models including a back support, it is positioned to sit on the lower back, offering back pain relief and the support you need to finish out the day. You get your pick of seat color too, with options of black, gray and brown.

Other parts can be customized as well! The wheels and legs are offered in black, blue or red. You can also have your logo embroidered on the seat with matching stitching and custom powder coating  for an extra touch.

Where Can Vyper Industrial Chair be Used?

The Vyper Chair was designed for mobility, comfort and safety. You can use them in any situation, including a busy mechanic shop, machine shop, open office space, garage, doctor’s office, behind the bar, at home, in the kitchen and outdoors. They honestly work great in any situation, and they are comfortable too!
