Women Who Disrupt
We Sat Down With Celebrity Health Practitioner, Maggie Berghoff

Meet Maggie Berghoff
Maggie Berghoff, featured in USA Today as one of the “Top Online Entrepreneurs,” is a celebrity health consultant, founder of the high-performance health agency, Celproceo, business mentor, speaker, and author. Maggie Berghoff is a reminder to us all that you can achieve whatever you set your mind to. She built her business during maternity leave with her firstborn child, converting her dining room into a make-shift office with nothing but a broken desk she purchased from craigslist, and a $20 target book shelf she had had since her college dorm days. She had a “desirable” career already, working as a Nurse Practitioner for a top hospital in her town after graduating both undergraduate and graduate school from Vanderbilt University. However, she knew she was made for even more, and quickly outgrew the hospital and traditional medical model setting when she discovered a new modality of medicine, Functional Medicine, during the quest to heal her own body from major health complications including kidney disease, autoimmune disease, and even a mini-stroke at the age of 24.
Since then, she has been featured for her business in popular outlets such as USA Today, NBC, CBS, Entrepreneur, and Under Armour, among others. She’s been on television, in books, and in documentaries.
It’s Never “The Right Time,” And It Doesn’t Have To Be
What we love most, is that Maggie built her million-dollar business, as a true solopreneur, all while having three pregnancies in 3 years, back to back. She completely balances her work and family life in a way that’s so inspiring. Oh, and did we mention she’s only in her 20’s?! Maggie often states on her social platforms that she prioritizes her family first and foremost and has built her businesses around what she values most in the world – her own personal flexibility, freedom, and fulfillment, combined with her love for touching the lives of other men and women, positively impacting not just them, but each individual around them in turn. When Maggie’s clients up-level their own physical and mental health, and improve their lifestyle, it makes them better bosses, better parents, better friends, better humans. This without a doubt has a ripple effect to every other person who comes into the client’s circle. Maggie also mentors new entrepreneurs in building their own online business, which she says fulfills her tremendously seeing them create their own dream life and break the ceiling on their previous limiting beliefs of what is possible for them.
