Why Bobby Jones Chose To Become A Real Estate Entrepreneur

It’s not often that people find their calling in life. At times, they have trouble realizing what it is they want to do in life. But those who find their niche in life tend to hold on and maximize the potential from that industry because it does more for them in terms of finances and self-fulfillment. 

Take, for instance, Bobby Jones. He is an expert in real estate with 20 years of experience as a real estate entrepreneur under his belt. He also currently works with Exp and the 10x Estates team with Elena Cardone. 

He invests in multifamily assets throughout the country and particularly the southeast. 

“Specialized knowledge in your craft is very  important. I hold multiple designations and licenses in real estate, including an appraisal license, mass appraisal certification, builders license, and realtorʼs license. I also own a high-end fix and flip company in the state of Alabama,” However, knowledge without application is useless.” Bobby said. 

His Reason Behind It 

As a married man with three sons, Bobby’s motivation for what he does with his career is God’s calling on his life in the area of leadership and his family. The purpose that drives him to pursue his career in real estate is to create generational wealth for his family and help others do the same while being able to live out his purpose and calling.

Over the years, he has worked with numerous clients who have each been a significant help in boosting his career. 

“So many have contributed to my success. I believe in collaboration with people of high integrity,” Bobby said. 

He has also worked with partners in other countries such as the Philippines who have helped him further his career in real estate as well. 

But his life wasn’t all smooth sailing. Back in 2008, Bobby went through a divorce and faced the market crash where he lost every materialistic thing that he had.. Quitting was never an option,, with the highest level of tenacity he persevered and managed to get to where he is today. 

Creating An Empire And Leading Others 

Presently, Bobby’s goal is to build an empire with Exp and 10x Estates. But aside from being a real estate agent, Bobby also has another title to his name. He is  also an author. 

“I recently co-authored “The Kingdom Mind” with other best-selling authors,” he shared. 

His current goals are to build an empire in multifamily assets and continue to write books, speak to audiences and lead others by Biblical principles.

Throughout his endeavors, Bobby makes it a habit to be confident in himself and what he does. His favorite quote is “If you believe in yourself and have dedication and pride and never quit; youʼll be a winner. The price of victory is high but so are the rewards.”
