What separates you from your competition Nallely?
What separates us from the competition is that we are a book a hundred percent focused on young people with a unique twist and structure to help the young reader to understand in an easy, colloquial way of the complexity of what we call emotional intelligence today. The main purpose is to add value and meaning to their life in their different stages. Givin them an exclusive model of 11 elements. This infographic will allow them to discover their skills and talents at an early age, developing their leadership in the process. To establish themselves to become leaders of purpose and of social transformation in their areas, industries, environments and their own life scenarios.
What motivated you to build your own brand?
Nallely multimedia and Foro social are companies and projects focused on helping our global and local communities as we move forward, we look for growth and personal development for all our audiences. Creating unique content as part of our vision of purposeful journalism.
Where do you see yourself/your company 5 years from now?
We are certainly in the right direction, we do community work with our youth and children, we will continue to contribute to our society through our content and journalism. But we will also share the message through the unification of international talents, and leaders that show diversity, personal improvement, and transformation to others. We seek to bring our book on a tour to schools, and universities in different countries, adding to the education system and students’ knowledge, wisdom, and meaning to their lives. Giving them the tools to become leaders on their own!

If you could share FIVE winning business tips with your audience based on your expertise, what would they be?
5 winning business tips that I could share with you as an entrepreneur would be –
Courage – Is vital when it comes to taking quick decisions or shifting the pace of your work and direction. Whether it works or not.
Passion – It translates to love and enjoy what you do. If you don’t love your project, job, or company, there’s no sense to continue the role. When you apply passion, you go the extra mile, fight back against any challenge, and never stop finding solutions for the greater good.
Determination – For me, it is a matter of time. There’s always a time and moment for everything and when we miss a chance or opportunity, we learn the hard way that we missed “that time”. Determination helps us to make these changes at the right exact moment they appear or are presented to our life.
Leadership – Leadership is not just about knowing what to do and how to lead others or guide others, it is strategic thinking with a combination of emotional intelligence and awareness of everybody’s talents and potential to place them in the right spot to help them to reach their maximum level of growth. In other words, you unleash their potential in a natural way.
Vision – Without a vision, there’s no clear direction in your path. Vision should be global and inclusive to prioritize goals. The vision allows people to visualize the big picture to dream and build the future.
Entrepreneurship can be overwhelming at times, what are some daily mantras/practices you do to keep yourself motivated and stressless?
Shifting my leadership is the key. For me, making the right twist in the right moment, changing routines, or taking a moment to reflect alone and review my projections gives me the directions and optimized results.
What are some of the mental or emotional roadblocks you had to get around in order to reach your level of success?
Mental and emotional challenges are every day but the ones that strike me the most were those where you lose your health and life, literally. Sacrifices and suffering come from change and success. The experience of my mother had cancer 3 times.. The first time, I was 10 years old when I had to prove my resilient skills as a little child at such a shortage. This sad moment changed my entire vision of life to help me be accountable and contribute to others with a positive impact. I have several examples of life-overcoming health issues. This is the case with my mother, my middle son, and myself.
What are some productive habits that you had to adapt in order to be successful?
Meditating, praying, and reviewing my personal and professional goals. This is part of my ritual as I shared in my first book, the inside of us requires more attention and the rest comes following afterward. Quality time with my children and the people I work with is my priority. Over anything other than trivial needs.
If you are a parent, what advice would you give to working parents juggling a start-up? What advice would you give to parents juggling WFH?
Keep dreaming and dream big. Believe in yourself and your project. Finding a network and alliances will increase/expand your reach on your start-up. Take chances and work hard with persistence & resistance. Never give up. Working from home is not easy, but it gives you the significance and empowers your potential and creativity. You become a leader “out of the box” thinker in order to find the best solutions with proactivity and freedom. Improving, building, and winning is the path to a successful, independent, and happier future. As a parent, I can share that a business is a legacy for our children so, at the end of the road, any sacrifice and effort will be worth it.
