Value creating behavior is doing a favor for the good of the organization without expecting anything in return. Value creators seek to understand the customers needs and interests and cater to provide value propositions to those needs and interests.

“A positioning statement is a one or two sentence declaration that communicates your brand’s unique value to your customers in relation to your main competitors” In order to write a positing statement you must be aware of four essential elements: your target customer, your brands niche, your brands promise, and a reason to believe.
Have Clear Messaging
Brand messaging is the underlying value proposition and communication used in your content. It’s what makes buyers resonate to your brand because it’s persuasive and motivational. Ultimately, it makes customers want to buy your product. Build a messaging framework. Your positioning statement and mission statement all effect your target audience and when you can take control of this domain your brand will see real growth. “A good, brand-led messaging strategy begins by telling a new story that makes your direct competitors irrelevant to your core audience.” Create contrast between you and your competition by creating a signature value, something that makes your brand stand out rom the rest.
Post Consistent Content
Posting consistent content is the key to developing a successful brand campaign. Whether through written word, audio, and or video, any content is the best content. As serial entrepreneur Gary Vaynerchuk says, “Document, don’t create.” Don’t be so self conscious about whether you like what you’ve created just post it and let the market decide. Document, create, distribute, then get feedback from your audience on what resonated with them.
