7 SEO Tips That Will Help You Get Your Blog Noticed

What SEO tips can you give me? SEO stands for search engine optimization and it is the process of optimizing your website so that it will rank high in Google’s search results. SEO is often a complicated topic with many strategies to choose from. In this blog post, we are going to cover 7 SEO tips that will help get your blog noticed.

Tip #01

Include SEO keywords in your domain name and title tags

This will help to make it easier for search engines like Google to identify what you’re about, which is important because they’ll rank you higher when they know what the content of your site is. Make sure that these SEO keywords are related though. The most appropriate words should be placed at the beginning of your title tag so that people can find you easily on a google search if those types of queries come up consistently.

Tip #02

Implement social media buttons on your blog post pages or website homepage

You want to give readers as many ways as possible to share this valuable information with their friends and followers online, including emailing them (via a linked email button), tweeting it, or posting to Facebook.

Tip #03

Participate in online discussions and commenting on other people’s blogs that are related to your niche topic

Just like SEO keyword use, this will make you easier to find and rank higher for the topics that are relevant to your blog posts. It also gives people a chance to know who you are if they’ve been reading about blogging on other blogs too.

Tip #04

Include links from reputable sources within your article

By that you get quality backlinks (or web pages linking back)from those websites also covering similar topics. Google uses this information when ranking website loads in their results page, so this is one of the SEO strategies that will help you get your content noticed in searches.

Tip #05

Optimize SEO for blog post titles by including keywords and phrases at the beginning

This helps readers find what they’re looking for more easily, especially when google search terms are related to those words or phrases.

Tip #06

Include a photo or video with each article (if appropriate)

Readers can’t tell if it’s just text on an image – but adding visuals like these draw them into reading your page. And don’t forget to optimize SEO here as well because Google likes images too. In order to do this, include keywords in captions and descriptions about what you want people who come across your photo to know about it.

SEO Tip #07

Make your content user friendly

SEO is not just about keywords and links.  It’s also about making readable content. That means using headings, bullet points, lists or tables to break up text into smaller pieces that are easier for readers to scan through quickly on their screens.
