A Founder’s Story with Tatev Oganyan

Published

on

Being a well-established entrepreneur in the industry, Tatev Oganyan has had to go through many hurdles in order to stand where she is today as an attorney of the accomplished Oganyan agency.

There are a lot of things Tatev is passionate about, which include fighting for the rights of cannabis consumers and making sure that everyone has equal access to the right scientifically-backed products, services, and education.

A Little About Tatev Oganyan

A well-established attorney practicing in the city of California, she is a cannabis attorney as well as an entrepreneur who has passionate values of developing the most premium products. Her consulting agency, The Oganyan Agency, is unique in the city.

Why unique? Because it is the legal firm capable of providing proper business consultancy to the entirety of California in regard to establishing a good cannabis business in the city.

This includes everything from starting a cannabis business to setting its place in the market as a licensed seller of all things cannabis.

In addition to helping the residents of California set up their dream cannabis business, the agency also provides them assistance in licensing and helps them obtain the proper permits in order to open up the business.

Tatev met her husband, Cole Morgan, in law school and has recently got married in Cabo San Lucas. Due to both of them having expertise in cannabis law in Orange county, they have served as mentors for many young lawyers.

Childhood and Upbringing

Born in Echmiadzin, Armenia, and later immigrating to Burbank, California, in 1992, Tatev is a first-generation immigrant who identifies with the Cali-American culture.

Although immigrating at the young age of 3, Tatev does not neglect her Armenian roots, and acts as an advocate for her community, even going as far as being sworn by Judge Armenui Amy Ashvanian, the only Armenian immigrant judge to become a supreme court judge.

How Her Entrepreneurial Journey Began

Everyone has to start somewhere, and for Tatev, it was in the form of a political consultancy when she was running for her first school board election. With each completed project, her network started to grow as she built up her reputation in the field.

Fast forward to today, when most of her clientele comes from referrals and the network she built up from the foundations.
