An Entrepreneur For Entrepreneurs: Abhi Golhar Is Your Guy

Abhi Golhar is the businessman for small businesses. He knows that America was built on the backs of small businesses and they still need help growing themselves, so Abhi created his business advisory and private equity firm, Meridian 84, to help do just that. He uses the best technology and techniques to help businesses achieve success.
“Many business owners don’t know where to start when integrating and leveraging technology and automations in their business so they have the best chances to grow and scale. It’s my passion to help these entrepreneurs realize the vision they had for their businesses from the very beginning and show them how a business can serve their lifestyle instead of being shackled to their business for the rest of their lives,” states Abhi.
This, however, is barely scratching the surface of what Abhi does. For a very long time, he thought he was not as successful or worthy of success as he really was. This mindset problem was a big obstacle to overcome. Once he did, the entrepreneurial world was captured by him. He has numerous talents that span from media to real estate advisory firms. In addition to being a 3x nationally syndicated radio host on the Wall Street Radio Network, Abhi is also a national speaker and podcast star.
“I am an entrepreneur, author, and national speaker, whose experience encompasses print, podcasting, radio, and television appearances. I am the Principal of Meridian 84, an Atlanta-based business advisory and private equity firm. I began my entrepreneurial career in 2002 in Detroit, MI and continued growing and developing my knowledge base with startups and investment projects throughout the Midwest. In 2007, I headed to Atlanta. As a much-sought-after voice in real estate investment and entrepreneurship, I have written for a variety of publications including Forbes, Inc., Huffington Post, and industry-specific magazines like Inman and Think Realty,” remarks Abhi.
The reason that Abhi was able to do all of this incredible work comes down to one factor: mindset. He says that above all, having a formidable mindset is what helped him achieve and is crucial for anyone starting a business. Without a proper mindset, you will not be able to make it far in life.
“Mindset is everything and in the beginning, it’s all we have to rely on. I recommend removing all other obstacles in your way as you begin your journey which include, but not limited to, the naysayers, limiting beliefs, and any previous failures,” says Abhi.
For all of those looking for advice on how to start a business, Abhi recommends that you build for the future and not just for the job. Abhi’s success was built by creating spaces for himself in the marketplace by utilizing his skillset. He was only able to do this by creating long lasting companies, not just jobs.
“Remember to build a business, not a job. The business should serve you after you’ve served it after a period of time. In order to accomplish this, deploy the right people, automations, streamlined processes, and celebrate your customers. Maybe even consider firing yourself and hiring a CEO or COO to help you scale and grow faster than you thought possible,” advises Abhi.
Unlike other companies, what makes Abhi different is that he focuses on people instead of focusing on the money. Many companies put profit first instead of the people and that leads to a less successful business and lucrative than Abhi’s businesses. Too often we find that many companies leave the people aspect of their companies behind.
“As a business growth expert, I help companies accelerate transformation and innovation using a human-centric lens, which many traditional private equity folks have a tough time accomplishing well,” explains Abhi.
