What is your name and what city do you rep?

Adjnamedroach, (A-Dj-Named-Roach), or Roach for short.

I was born in Fort Pierce, Florida. I grew up in Miami, then went to prison in Florida for 10 years…now I live in Atlanta

Tell us about your latest releases, what inspired you to create them?

Depression and hunger

What is unique about you and your music?

I speak from the heart and experience

What shaped your music?

The dirty south, and growing up during the days of dope boys, instead of finesse.

When did you realize you were going to make music professionally?

In prison

What type of music do you listen to?

Everything. From Tupac to Tame Impala

What do you do when you don’t do music (creative or otherwise) and that you are passionate about?

Surf, Snowboard, Crypto, Real Estate, Hustle

What do you wish you were told when you first started making music that you think would help artists just starting out?
