Aleksandr Pritsker: A Rising Star in the Real Estate Industry

Success in the ever-changing real estate industry requires a specific set of skills, including consistency, perseverance, effort, and the willingness to continue learning and adapting. While it’s not for everyone, others make it look easy, such as Aleksandr Pritsker, the CEO and founder of Team Blackstar. The award-winning, top-rated NJ realtor has had much success over the past several years while working as a realtor handling clients’ needs in New Jersey.

He had much to say to aspiring realtors hoping to dive into the industry and accomplish their goals. “I’ve become a top producer within my real estate office as well as in the state of New Jersey because of my work ethic and exceptional customer service. I listen to the wants and needs of my clients and help them achieve their goals while making the process stress-free and far more enjoyable,” shared Pritsker. “While I’ve only been in the business since 2014, I’ve worked with a diverse clientele selling anything from traditional townhomes for around $200k to multi-million dollar estates. I have a genuine passion for real estate, and it shows. My clients know that I enjoy what I do. It’s what makes the experience even better for them.”

Most people who knew Aleksandr Pritsker years ago likely didn’t expect him to work in the real estate industry because he was already an established professional tennis player known for his skills on the court. However, it was during his time on the court that he started thinking about making a career switch, proving that it’s never too late to go for what you want, even if you’ve already established yourself as a leader in something else. Despite his tennis expertise, Pritsker wanted more in life, and he decided that the real estate industry was worth a try. As a result, he started studying, obtained his real estate license, and started to work for a leading brokerage in New Jersey.

“Many people ask me how it feels to have so much success within a short period. While it feels great to have accomplished many goals, I know it’s my work ethic and persistence to get things done. As a result of my work ethic, I’ve been featured on many lists, including the Top 30 Under 30, Top 10 RE/Max Realtors in NJ, and the Top 10 Ranked NJ Realtor. I’m proud of the success I’ve had in the industry, but I continue to strive for even more. Some would say I’m an overachiever, but I see it as wanting more for my clients. It’s the reason I’m taking an interest in the commercial real estate industry. While I still plan to provide residential real estate services to clients who want my help, I’m ready to take things a step further within my career,” said Pritsker. “Bez Granitz is an international tv show called featuring realtors all over the world who specialize in their areas short series that provides a more in-depth view into a day in my life, including what I do and how I stay focused to provide the best experiences to my clients. It’s airing in October, and I hope that people watching it will feel inspired to go for what they want in life, whether they want to get into the real estate industry or try something else.”

Aleksandr Pritsker proves that you can make a career switch at any moment in your life when you feel passionate enough about what you’d like to do. As a rising star in the real estate industry, he continues to receive five-star reviews from clients who’ve experienced his incredible work ethic firsthand.
