Alex Levitskiy is Changing the Way Car Dealerships Operate by Focusing on the Customers Instead of the Car

Have you ever gone to a car dealership and wanted to immediately leave? The high-pressure sales are daunting. It can be overwhelming for many people. Oftentimes you just want a relaxed environment so you can make the right decision. Alex Levitskiy is making it happen at Auto Boutique.

Alex Levitskiy is CEO of Auto Boutique which is located in Ohio, Texas, and Florida. His love of cars from a young age grew into his life pursuit of working in the auto industry. He runs a truly unique dealership where the focus is on the customer. Customers are what keeps his business running, after all. Rather than focus only on selling, Auto Boutique ensures the customer has an enjoyable buying experience: one that is relaxed, without pressure.

Alex Levitskiy loves cars, but he also loves people. The two combined are what motivated him to do business the way he does. “My commitment to detail and follow-through combined with an analytical hands-on approach to the automobile retail business is the core of what makes me stand apart.” Alex said. Because of this commitment, his company developed a unique and cutting-edge consumer purchasing process that naturally pulls the customer to Auto Boutique adding to their growth. Higher customer satisfaction leads to loyal customers and adds new ones frequently.

Alex Levitskiy’s business success with Auto Boutique came from a long history of entrepreneurship. When he was in college he started one of the nation’s first peer-to-peer car-sharing businesses which was named Enalux. Enalux grew to operate in 6 states in just a short four years. Alex’s success in business is in part due to his mindset and drive to overcome obstacles no matter what, but the other piece is what is rooted in the enjoyable customer experience he has created at Auto Boutique: his love for people.

Alex Levitskiy believes his success can be attributed to those around him. When asked what does success mean to you? He replied, “Building an organization and empowering the people around me to succeed. I have realized that a reason for my success is my decision to invest in those around me.” He’s not just thanking people–he takes the time to learn about his employees and helps them become successful in their roles. Alex Levitskiy puts a focus on mentorship in his business so his employees have the opportunity to grow and learn. He also gives back to the community.

Auto Boutique’s success has allowed them to help others in need. “We believe in giving back to those who are less fortunate which we are lucky to have the ability to do so,” says Levitskiy. Currently, they are paying for multiple Ukrainian refugees’ housing and vehicles in both Ohio and Florida. They’ve also recently sent humanitarian aid to those in need in Ukraine. Because Alex appreciates the people around him, his business has boomed.

Auto Boutique has focused on the customer–bringing the desired growth to the business in a very natural way. In just a few short years Auto Boutique grew from one location selling 15 cars a month to three different locations selling 1500 cars a month. Next, Alex Levitskiy plans to build stand-alone buying centers and is considering other strategic acquisitions. He’s doing it all for the love of cars, but more importantly—the love of people.
