Tell us more about your business?

My name is Jerry Martin, im the founder and president of the New Boost Tradelines Solutions. It is one of the fastest growing Credit Repair Company in Texas. We have helped over 200 people in last 6 months. We use a Compliance Based Disputing Methods.

What motivated you to start New Boost Tradelines Solutions? How did the idea come about?

The Motivation to start New Boost Tradelines Solutions came to me in 2019 me an my best friend (Mike) was talking about why is it that 74% of all Americans have bad credit & how power good credit was.

What was your mission at the beginning of starting your business?

The mission in the beginning was to help as many low income people as possible improve there credit score & Quality of life. Credit is Buying Power.

What do you attribute your success to? Is there a trait you have or a person who helped you along the way?

I Contribute New Boost Tradelines Solutions success to putting the clients needs first, a lot of hard-work Dedication & sleepless nights.

When times get tough, what would you say motivates you to keep going? To not hit the snooze button and to keep fighting for your goals?

When times getting tough i pray. I also think about all the people ill be letting down if I quit. Myquetta Martin & my 3 boys keeps me grounded, & my mom Eloise gives me great advise.

Employees are one of the most important parts to succeed in business. What do you look for in an employee?

Since we deal with people all day my employees has to be Kind Hearted, Compassionate, Understanding ,Knowledgeable of the business & Detailed in there job description.

 What is unique about your business? Is there a competitive advantage that you have over the rest?

The biggest advantage we have at New Boost Tradelines Solutions is we have invested over $20,000 in Systems & Processes & 10,000+ in the Disputing Process.We do not use out dated ,slow Disputing.We have mastered the compliance based disputing method which will yield a higher results for our clients.

Have you ever gotten a disappointed client or customer? If so, how did you handle the situation

We have had only one client so far in 2021 that we didn’t meet the goals that was outlined so we gave him 75% of his money back.

What are the three best pieces of advice that you would give to anyone starting a business? What do they need to know from the very beginning?

Being in a successful. Entrepreneur is very difficult it’s a lot of hard work long days sleepless nights. Lots of investing in yourself you’re mental your physical via emotional you gotta have a strong team around you a strong family set up. When Times Get they will don’t give up keep pushing.
