Buy and Sell Real Estate Property at the Best Possible Value with Mona Hamamiyah

Purchasing or selling real estate property is a crucial decision. First-time homebuyers or homeowners need to be represented by an honest and client-friendly realtor who speaks on their behalf. A major factor that a client must consider when looking for a trustworthy real estate agent is the agent’s ability to educate and inform clients about the whole real estate process. In this aspect, one realtor stands out because of her proven skill in giving clients a worry-free real estate experience.

Mona Hamamiyah hails from Burlington and is a certified realtor working for Keller Williams Real Estate Associates. Her passion for helping people find their dream home, whether first-time homeowners or those who plan to move to a bigger house, has made her the recipient of her brokerage’s Silver award. It is a testament to Mona’s skill and expertise in real estate, and her ability to ensure her client’s satisfaction.

Aware of the high competition in the market, Mona said she had strategized real estate service so that clients’ demands were properly addressed. She performs this responsibility by offering complimentary home evaluation, staging, photography, videography, and complimentary buyer consultation to clients.

Mona reveals that her secret to winning clients’ approval is a commitment to providing honest advice to clients. She believes that for realtors to thrive in the real estate industry, they must establish a strong and healthy relationship with clients. She told us, “I have created a strong relationship with my clients by offering honest advice and being there with them in the process from start to finish.”

Mona added that a real estate agent must be patient and flexible. She further shared with us what she thinks a good realtor is like, saying, “A realtor must have the in-depth knowledge and information needed to educate clients about the buying and selling process and what each step involves. This is a very important part because once your client’s questions are all answered, and he/she is involved in every step, the client feels safe and in good hands. Once they know you and trust you, they will work with you.”

Mona makes sure that her clients are kept up-to-date on the progress of their real-estate venture by performing a daily checking of databases to see if clients have any questions about the current market. She also hops on the system and sends active clients new listings, and gives them a prompt follow-up on progress. Mona sees her job as a helpful venue for first-time homebuyers and homeowners, who are puzzled about taking the right direction they need to obtain the best real estate property.

For clients, success in the real estate industry demands honest advice and constant guidance from agents with outstanding credentials. Luckily, Mona and her Keller Williams Real Estate Associate team have established identity in providing transparent, quick, and easy buying and selling of real estate property. Enjoy a satisfying real estate experience by connecting with Mona, and set on the path to getting the best value for your property purchase or sale.
