An Insight Into The Story of Nancy Taiye Aragbaye

For more than 10 years Nancy Aragbaye has designed, developed, and implemented new programs and ideas to help businesses succeed. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Tuskegee University and moved to Atlanta where she served as a Teach for America Corps Member. After many years of serving in the space of education, she went on to obtain her Master’s in Public Administration from Delaware State University. It was there where she learned her passion for business development. She has consulted internationally to provide fresh ideas and strategic guidance to companies to support their desired outcomes.

About Strategic Solutions Consulting LLC

Nancy always noticed the lack of entrepreneurial education and the wealth gap leading to various social dilemmas within the academic space which sparked her to develop her organization Strategic Solutions. The organization teaches the B.L.A.C. Model where it intentionally imparts the precise skills which develop small businesses. Business owners develop their Business & Leadership skills along with strategies to acquire & protect business assets & their business credit profile. Once each pillar is mastered, small business owners will have an organization that is not only sustainable but scalable ultimately leading to generational wealth and legacy. Currently, Nancy serves as the Principal Consultant for Strategic Solutions Consulting LLC. She is tasked with generating new/innovative ideas to develop high-impact projects for various business organizations.

Considering Obstacles as a means to develop a Strong Mindset

Walking into predominantly whitespaces and sharing Nigerian backgrounds, she was often judged for her culture. Though this has been the case, she always reminded herself she has her value and purpose. Nancy learned to embrace her racial, financial, social & economic challenges and past experiences reflecting on the good versus the bad. She takes every situation as a learning experience using each to shape her character. As a business coach and consultant, she is now knowable to use experiences, life lessons, and a new mindset to empower the people facing the challenges of entrepreneurship. Nancy did not always have the strong mindset that she currently possesses.

Nancy’s objectives for 2021 and advice to others

  • Educating 100 Business Owners on how to purchase business assets in their business name.
  • To begin phase 1 of Atinuda an international school of entrepreneurship located in Nigeria in winter 2021.
  • to make 30 business owners successfully graduate from her business & leadership coaching program.
  • Support 10 small business owners to develop their business credit profile.

Nancy advises people to follow their vision and don’t let other people discourage them. She says, “In times of discouragement remember to always lead with your vision and not by circumstance. Circumstances are temporary. It’s only a matter of time before we make it to our destination.”
