5 Things You Can Learn From Following Andrea Martin

Andrea Martin started her professional career at just 22 years of age, working 24 days straight followed by six days off every month. Having to adopt a hustle mindset 24/7, Andrea learned to work under pressure and climbed her way to the top within just over two years of being with the company. Obviously, this led to everyone around her asking, “how did you do it?!” She knew then that she had tapped into a strategy only seen among people with decades of experience and became obsessed with understanding it more, devouring every possible book about high performance and success.

After having to navigate male-dominated fields for over a decade, defining her boundaries, finding her voice, and positioning herself as a thought leader in her industry, she knew that she had to help other women do the same. So, Andrea created the  Success Blueprint Vault to coach talented professionals to implement strategy into their careers. It’s a venue where people learn the step-by-step process to increase a strategic mindset as well as practical steps to follow to ensure they are moving forward to reaching their goals. Another venue people can learn from Andrea is her Instagram, @mrs.andrea.martin. Here are the top 5 things we’ve learnt from scrolling endlessly down her feed.

#1 Goal Setting

Whether it’s career goals, finance goals or personal goals, goal setting is a regular on Andrea’s feed. And why shouldn’t it be? How many people can honestly say that they regularly check in with their goals? As well as educating her audience on different methods of goal setting, these posts serve as a reminder and motivation to check in with your goals.

#2 Career Planning

Having mapped out a successful career for herself, Andrea is very big on having a career plan in place. On her feed she provides tips and tricks on planning not just how to get your next promotion or your next raise, but how to plan for your career end goal, i.e. the position you want to be retiring from!

#3 Professional cheerleader

Ever have those days where you just think why am I doing this? Those days where you just want to give yourself an out and start over somewhere new? Andrea has definitely anticipated those low days the everyday career woman experiences, and provides great motivational quotes or mindset hacks to get your head back in the game and back on track to becoming an absolute boss in the workplace!

#4 Demanding Your Worth.

Something many women may have experienced at some point in their life, DEMANDING *clap* THEIR *clap* DAMN *clap* WORTH *clap*. Whether it’s a raise, a promotion or asking more from yourself, Andrea lets her audience know that it’s okay to demand those things, and coaches you through how to do it.

#5 Money, Money, Money.

Every woman’s favourite thing (except when it comes to paying the bills), this one’s a regular on Andrea’s feed. But instead of only telling us how to make more of it, Andrea educates her audience on money mindset, setting money goals and how to adopt a better relationship with money and money management.
