How Anthony Agyeman Dominated High Ticket Dropshipping

Anthony Agyeman is a young entrepreneur that is currently dominating the high-ticket dropshipping industry. Back in 2016 Anthony started a clothing line that helped give him an introduction to understanding online sales. He was able to get some of the biggest influencers in the game to wear his brand, and hasn’t stopped selling online ever since.

Fast forward to 2017, he came across what we call a “typical entrepreneur ad.” The ad had a young kid was flashing all his money, cars and girls to attract attention for his dropshipping course. Anthony didn’t end up buying the course, he just tried to figure it out on his own. He gave it a shot alone but failed.

Since failing was not an option for Anthony, once he saw he couldn’t get the hang of this new “dropshipping” method he was introduced to, he invested in a mentor. After his investment in a mentor, it started to work out but was only gaining a low profit and wanted more.

What does he suggest you avoid if you are considering dropshipping?

Anthony suggests avoiding trendy products because it won’t serve a long term vision, it can be great for a couple months but probably won’t even last a year.

Low ticket dropshipping is also something you have to consider. These products consist of an item that will make you a profit of $10-30. Meanwhile, a high ticket is considered to have profits of a minimum of $600-900 per sale. Anthony only uses USA vendors and doesn’t select any “trendy” products. Considering trendy products may seem appealing to sell for a quick cash out, but that’s just what it is … a quick cashout. If you really want to build a long-lasting business you want to choose products that will always be needed. This is why he only chooses evergreen products.

Explanation of the Golden Combination:

By selling high ticket evergreen products, he has placed himself to be able to run a highly successful and long-lasting business. He stated “the way you sell and the psychology behind it is all the same. It’s the same amount of time that is being put into your business, why wouldn’t you want to maximize your earnings?” By choosing to sell evergreen products he has placed himself to be able to sell what people are already wanting to buy and doesn’t have to put too much effort into convincing them to buy.

What would he do differently?

This serial entrepreneur stated he wouldn’t change anything because it is all a learning experience. There are methods that he learned while selling low ticket items that he still applies when selling my high-ticket items.

Anthony highly suggests that you get a mentor that is still actively dropshipping that can help you through the process. Someone who is still in the game because they are up to date with the new marketing strategies. Him avoiding purchasing the course at first made him realize the value behind being lead by someone who has already walked the steps you are trying to follow anyways. There is no reason to go through the expensive trials and errors.

You will be able to make fewer mistakes, beat the learning curve. Although some mentors can be pricey up front, they can help you save thousands in the long run. It really is just letting other people make expensive mistakes first and you get to benefit from it!

Anthony’s opinion on the importance of learning Marketing?

I can agree with Anthony when he mentioned that everything in this world needs marketing. NO matter what type of business we are talking about, every hotel, bar, salon etc… no marketing no clients. Even in the political world, marketing campaigns are literally how people even get elected into office.

Anthony’s whole perspective on marketing changed once he watched a video that taught him the 25 cognitive biases. By dominating the psychology of sales your opportunities are really endless. He makes it a point to keep up to date with marketing strategies, what works today might not work tomorrow!
