Meatsmith – Official Partner Of Team Snowboard Canada For Beijing Olympics 2022

Toronto, Ontario –
Meatsmith is proud to announce that they have partnered with Canada Snowboard to provide their healthy, gourmet, craft protein meat bars to the Canadian Olympic snowboard team that will be competing at the 2022 Olympics in Beijing.

Deciding to partner with Canada Snowboard was a no-brainer, Meatsmith says. Their values align perfectly, and to quote their CMO, Yan Katcharovski, “We are proud to support our Canadian snowboarding athletes in the upcoming Winter Olympic Games with tasty and healthy nutrition. We are cheering for our athletes!”

Canada Snowboard is the official governing body for Snowboarding in Canada. They believe that embracing the culture of snowboarding combined with a commitment to excellence is the foundation of who they are. Performance at the highest level comes from an athlete-focused approach to training, programs, and coaching. “Our athletes are amongst the best in the world, and our goal is to continue to provide them with the means to achieve their goals.”

The Origins Of Meatsmith

Meatsmith was born out of a question: Why couldn’t jerky be a little better and why aren’t protein bars made from simple meat-based ingredients? Hence, the question was answered by creating a meat bar made with simple, nourishing ingredients and complemented with gourmet flavors. For the past two years, we have worked together, along with chefs, food scientists, nutritionists, and dietitians, to create the Meatsmith product we all love.

Meatsmith is supplying our Canadian Olympic athletes with their healthy Meatsmith bars. As a result, the Canadian snowboard Olympic team will be bringing these bars to Beijing with them. The healthy, gourmet bars, made from 100% Canadian grass-fed beef will ensure our athletes have Canadian-made food with them at the Olympics. This is to remind our prestigious athletes of home while letting them know that the entire country is behind them. If Olympic athletes can trust Meatsmith’s bars as a healthy snack, anybody can. Nonetheless, Olympic-level athletes only accept the highest quality foods.

Furthermore, Team Canada Snowboard will be eating Meatsmith Bars at the Olympics, and Meatsmith couldn’t be prouder. It will be a real farm-to-chairlift experience. “If Olympic athletes can trust our bars as a healthy snack, anybody can!” concludes Katcharovski.
