Ben Azadi Enlightens the World on Healthier Lifestyles

Everyone has a choice to practice numerous things to make themselves happy and feel good. These practices will help you enjoy a healthy and stable lifestyle, thus enhancing your mental, physical, and social well-being. You will also reduce your risk of diseases that lead to premature death and avoid frequent visits to your physician for medication.

Healthy lifestyle practices include healthy eating, consistent physical exercise, watching your weight, getting enough sleep, not smoking, going easy on the alcohol, living a purposeful life, etc. Ben Azadi, a functional diagnostic nutrition practitioner in Miami, Florida, is proof of how you can fight poor health habits and adopt a healthy lifestyle with a healthy diet.

In his early years, Ben suffered from obesity due to the consumption of unhealthy foods and a lack of exercise. Ben felt lost in life, depressed, and suicidal until he decided to take control of his health at 24. He went through a personal health transformation that saw him shred 80 pounds of pure fat and saw his body fat decrease from 34% to 6% in 9 months.

Ben had inherited type 2 diabetes disease from his dad, whom he lost to complications of the disease in 2014. His dad’s death hit him hard, making him do a full 180 in his life. He went back to school to become a functional diagnostic nutrition practitioner and is currently a healthy lifestyle ambassador aiming to assist 1 billion people to live healthier lives.

Ben has made outstanding achievements in his journey. He is the author of four Amazon best-selling books: Keto Flex, The Perfect Health Booklet, The Intermittent Fasting Cheat Sheet, and The Power of Sleep. He is also an expert in intermittent fasting and the ketogenic diet. People fondly call him “The Health Detective” because he investigates dysfunction and educates to bring the body back to normal function without medication.

In addition, Ben is the founder of Keto Kamp, a global brand bringing awareness to ancient healing strategies like the keto diet and fasting. He is the host of the “Keto Kamp” podcast, which ranks in the top 15 podcasts globally, and this year, they are the proud Keto Podcast of the Year Award recipients. Ben’s TikTok handle has over 200,000 subscribers with over 30 million downloads. Ben also started Keto Kamp Academy, an online program teaching and producing keto and intermittent fasting experts.

Ben couldn’t be happier that he has recovered from obesity. He believes the focus on improving cellular health with ancient healing strategies and not weight loss gimmicks makes him unique. Ben’s YouTube channel has immensely contributed to Keto Kamp’s brand growth and has amassed a massive following of over 138,000+ subscribers.

“You get what you think about most of the time. If you become aware of your thoughts, you can change things for the better. As far as business goes, build a team, create systems, and scale fast. I wish someone enlightened me on this at the crawling stage of my career,” shares Ben.

Ben Azadi hopes to have over a thousand members enrolled in the pocket-friendly online program at Keto Kamp Academy and for Keto Kamp to become a distinguished brand in the healthy lifestyle sector.
