Always keep an open mind and be willing to learn from every person and experience, but don’t let others or your experiences create doubt within your internal compass. There’s a part of us inside that always knows the most direct means to achieve revolutionary change and reach the peak of our potential. If you want to become an elite-level coach or entrepreneur, your job is to learn to listen and act upon that part of yourself more intentionally and immediately.
This combination of continuous learning from ourselves, others, and our experiences allow for a rapid level of growth and mastery that results in all the career opportunities and impact you could ever dream of. In your darkest moments, if you remind yourself why you are doing what you are doing, you will continue to strive onward past any adversity and become an even brighter beacon of light for those whom you desire to inspire.

Pick a swim lane. Know who you are, what you’re great at, and most importantly what you stand for and never sway your values. It’s tempting at times to sway our values and beliefs to please a client or to elevate your career, but this is the most crucial element of being an elite level entrepreneur. I have turned down working with high level and high paying clients because their values were not aligned with mine. It’s not always the easiest to turn down someone paying you a high ticket amount but in the end, you and your team will be happy you did.
Next, I would say mindset and belief. During the financial crisis of 2007, 2008, I lost everything, my company, assets, homes, and at the time my dignity because we had to file bankruptcy. Each day I tackled 3 top things that were going to move me closer to my goal. First, I worked 30 minutes on my mind each day (meditation, reading and writing my goals). Second, I took daily inspired action. Three, I kept track of my wins big and small. Within 12 months I sold everything and left the USA with $12,862 to my name with a vision and a vow. It’s now been 12 years that my family has been traveling the world, and have built our Unstoppable Branding Agency to a multi-million dollar company that inspires others to live their dreams now and to create a brand that leaves an impact and inspire the world.

My advice on how to become an entrepreneur and elite level coach is to really start with the inner work, and knowing that you deserve anything in life that you would want. Not just because you are a woman, but because you’re an expansive, incredible human being.
But the fact that we are women, it needs to be mentioned that there are certain places that we in business, weren’t really invited into. We as women like to get things very right and be very precise with our work, and we tend to overthink it sometimes and want to make it perfect but what Entrepreneurship needs is a leap of faith.
A leap of courage. That’s really what I would say to you. Jump out there. Be bold. Find your inner alignment, so that you can share what you are doing. If people don’t know about all the incredible things that you are capable of, and everything you can do in the world, they are not going to be able to support you. So ask for that support and step out and you’re going to be doing amazingly.
The main factor for me was really finding that inner alignment and realizing that you are worthy, and you can do anything you set my mind to. This is going to influence how much money you’re charging. This is going to influence how many events you attend and speak at. This is going to influence the power of the network that you have, because people are going to want to surround you because you’re magnetic, and they know they can come to you, and they know that they can rely on you because you have that inner presence and that alignment of knowing who you are.

The first and most important thing is to connect to your bigger why. Why do you do what you do? Why bother getting out of bed in the morning? What’s that thing that lights you up and gets you excited to kick ass every day?
When challenges or obstacles arise (and they will), you’ll want a bigger-than-life reason that keeps you going and focused on your mission. Otherwise, you might find yourself losing momentum or succumbing to external influences. A big issue with coaches and entrepreneurs is that they copy each other and it becomes a circle-jerk of cookie-cutter messaging. Having your unique “why” is what will differentiate you and help you build a brand that stands out against a crowd of sameness.

Her Best Advice
When deciding what you want to do for a living, focus on your passions, decide from your heart, because when things get hard, what will keep you motivated is the energy you vibrate with your “why”, your purpose, your passions. Also, integrate all areas of your life so you can live at your highest potential! Only work will leave you empty, your wheel of life needs to be in full flow.
