Executive Voice

BIPOC Entrepreneur on Launching Holistic E-commerce Line

Treasure Thompson is a hardworking serial entrepreneur and a mother of 3. She has always had a dream of being a big model or actress who was heading in that path at a young age in life. At the age of 19, she quit her job at the nursing home and became an exotic dancer. That is where she met Blac Chyna and became best friends. They shared some long-term goals and both were ambitious, so the pair started to travel state-to-state dancing at different clubs to get noticed publicly.  She sayd, “We always said whoever took off first would put the other on. I got pregnant- so it ended up being Chyna. Years go by, I was still in the same position (dancing) & Chyna had grown popular through her relationships with rappers. I did everything I could attend to support her, getting her bookings in the anticipation that I was up next. I never was put in the position to grow even though I was always there for Chyna.”

How did you start?

I started with research – the healing abilities of crystals and natural stones became an infatuation and after consistently educating everyone on them, I started my business.

Why did you start this?

Because I was healing myself and it worked for me. I was taught that as a woman, when you learn something of value that can prevent another women from being in pain or suffering in any way, it’s our duty to get the message to them. That’s what I do and why I do it with a passion.

Describe your offerings?

All people who have been done wrong in the industry– anyone who was mentally or emotionally abused in a one-sided friendship. Women who have a friend that is selling them dreams, or anyone who has been done wrong by Blac Chyna.

What drives you?

Me as whole, Treasure the mother, real friend & entrepreneur- CEO of TreasureGemz & currently about to open my own yoni steaming spa. The book I published on my own about healing yourself with Yoni eggs and yoni yoga. I’m also producing my own show that will be on YouTube this week featuring my day-to-day life, my yoga classes, me working etc.

Explain the problem that your product or service solves. How does your target audience solve this problem today?

I have a few products that stand out to women. The first are my authentic GIA certified yoni eggs, which naturally strengthens and rejuvenates your vagina. This allows women to enhance their orgasms organically without expensive surgeries and recovery. The next is my organic, herbal blended tea for the womb. This tea has different healing abilities in each herb and is a multi-blend to promote healthy discharge, reduce swelling, promote sensitivity and also increase fertility. The next is the Yoni throne, which is an electric steamer – you place the herbs in and let boil to steam your vagina. Steaming varies for each individual need.

When did you start your business?

I started to research my business in December 2015, but I became fully knowledgeable enough to launch it on November 15, 2016.

Where is your business based and what makes you the best?

TreasureGemz is an online feminine holistic healing e-commerce site. I cater to all women’s needs when healing from past life traumas and provide the tools needed to continue journeys on their own. I don’t just tighten the vagina or rid it of unwanted odors, I become a confidant through your journey & guarantee results. I am in the process of opening my own spa, so I will have a set location for ladies to come to in LA before the Spring hits.

What is your goal?

To let people know who Treasure Thompson is & the many hats I wear. My end goal is to have my own talk show. But now I’m working up my speech etiquette and hope to be a host of a show or informational segment for people.

Did you do anything else before this job? Do you have another job? How did you fall into this?

I’ve always had a job, technically I never worked for Chyna, because I never had an official title, other than BestFriend – which in her eyes was everything! Assistant, coordinator, event planner, photographer, Concierge, cook, and even hairstylist sometimes. Yet, I was never paid. I always had my own business (treasuregemz launched November 15, 2016.) I was a nursing assistant at the hospital for 7 years while still dancing at night. We were pitching our own reality show after Rob and Chyna Season 2 got canceled and I moved to LA in September 2017. I shopped around and then this show was picked up 2019 / almost two full years after moving to LA.
