Broadus Palmer, Helping Future Tech Workers Level Up In Tech Through Cloud Computing and Cloud Career Coaching

The most common goals of tech-focused companies are steeped in creating more efficient processes where technology can aid the systems already set in place. Having stepped into the arena with a fresh perspective, Cloud Career Coach, Broadus Palmer has added his own unique approach through his coaching company, Level Up In Tech.
Broadus Palmer, who came from 14-years as a banker into the tech world, experienced the ups and downs of starting a career in a field that he had no prior experience in, and in the process stumbled across the need to offer opportunities for growth to others. Broadus and his tame help individuals transition and transform their career into a cloud computing role, sharing, “In a time where a lot of industries are moving towards cloud computing solutions, we feel it’s important for people to gain skills necessary to work in these roles.”
Growth In The Technological Era
When we look at our everyday lives, technology today plays a major role in almost our entire existence. Also, with the expansion and worldwide adoption of the metaverse on the horizon, cloud computing is undoubtedly set to be the backbone of the future.
Broadus Palmer and his team have developed a 6-step process that takes people from where they are, right into a cloud computing role. He shares, “Through learning and gaining experience as a cloud engineer in our program, this saves people time and energy trying to figure it all out on their own. We give them the opportunity to work with a team that understands exactly what they need to do, how they need to do it and even how they would feel when they do it.”
Cloud Computing Trends
As technological advancements evolve at exponential speeds, it’s important to track where trends are heading so you can better plan your path ahead. Broadus believes companies will rely on cloud-developed engineering a lot more based on the ability to release software quicker and more efficiently. He shares, “I believe cloud computing itself will take over 90-95% of the industry whether it’s a private cloud or public cloud. I also believe more people are going to see the benefit and stability of the tech industry. This means they’re going to need companies like Level Up in Tech to show them how to land jobs in tech and command a great, life-changing salary.”
Lastly, Broadus believes that in 10 years time, we will be in a time of autonomous technology and a lot of industries will be cut out because of new tech. There is a window of opportunity to be taken advantage of right now where organizations can learn the cutting edge tech that is set to take over.
