Building a Brand with Passion: How Eva Garzon A Real Estate Expert Makes It Seem Easy

In today’s business industry, building a brand with passion is more important than ever before. It allows the consumers to connect with the core values of that business while feeling like they’re in good hands because of the team members working within the company to provide specific services. But, on the other hand, when an entrepreneur isn’t passionate about what they do and doesn’t have the right team of people working with them, it’s easy for the consumers to see, making it more difficult for those entrepreneurs to have success with building their brand from the ground up.

One real estate expert makes it seem effortless. Eva Garzon (@evagarzon9), the Grand Lion Real Estate Group’s owner, dedicated the past ten years of her life to the real estate industry. Within the past decade, she’s managed to build a business that handles a wide range of real estate services for clients looking to buy homes, sell homes, and even receive assistance with property management. In addition, she worked tirelessly to develop a team of like-minded professionals to work with her while making a name for herself in Miami as a leader in the real estate industry.

Begin Somewhere

“We all have to start somewhere. While I was visiting Miami, I met my boyfriend, who’d later encourage me to get into the real estate industry. I’m glad he encouraged me to do so because I quickly realized that the industry was perfect for me. I opened my brokerage at only 24 years old. Some people had their doubts. They never expected that I’d take the real estate industry by storm,” shared Garzon. “My brokerage firm continues to grow. I work tirelessly to provide convenient services to clients, handling many of their real estate needs. However, it’s also the team I have working under me that has helped with the company’s growth, Grand Lion Real Estate Group. When you have a business and plan to hire people to work with you, it’s important to find people who have the same passion. I’m selective with who I add to the team for that reason.”

Adaptability is Key

Although she now runs one of Miami’s leading real estate brokerage firms, the growth didn’t happen overnight. “I had plenty of challenges to deal with in the first few years of working in the real estate industry. There was a lot to learn, and I had to learn most of the things I know independently. Everything was a lesson to me. While growth didn’t happen overnight, I didn’t give up, even when different obstacles got in the way. I kept it moving and continued to come up with solutions for any problem,” said Garzon. “I encourage others to do the same. Whether you’re interested in the real estate industry or any other industry, don’t give up on what you want to do. It’s not always easy, even if it looks that way. You may deal with different obstacles throughout your journey, but if you have that passion for what you’re doing, you can expect to achieve real results.”

Eva Garzon’s testimony proves anything is possible when you have passion. Building a brand with ardency has allowed her to grow a real estate brokerage firm that currently employs 25 real estate experts. Those numbers continue to grow!
