Melvin Vigo, Founder of MRose Digital was kind enough to sit down with us and chat about his entrepreneurship journey.
So Melvin, how did you get started with your entrepreneurship journey?
Melvin: I help artists and companies craft, define and promote their brands. That is my passion. So I built MRose Digital to help brands get their message across to the right audience.
One of the biggest mistakes a brand can make is to ignore its new and existing audience. That’s why It is our mission to create digital brands that are not only innovative and market-leading but, most importantly, led by data to deliver financial success.
Building a world-class brand is a timely task. Luckily, our team of brand experts loves nothing more than building a data-led brand strategy that allows you to scale.
What are some of the challenges you’ve had to face to get to where you are today?
Melvin: I’ve deployed a new digital strategy resulting in a 364.97% YoY increase in users and a 212.47% increase in user retention. Increased social media engagement KPIs by 125%. Launched Digital Programming Campaign that engaged over 3 Million users and counting.
Do you have some practical advice for those people who might want to get started in a similar career as you?
Melvin: With my knowledge of television, radio, and digital, I can provide industry knowledge on how to build scalable brands designed to engage today’s and tomorrow’s generations.
What are some of the quotes that make you feel most inspired?
Melvin:
“One of the biggest mistakes a brand can make is to ignore their new and existing audience. It is critical to analyze the data from your current and new audience and develop new strategies to further scale your brand.”
“A brand that just sales and does not put customers-first experience is setting themselves up for failure. Provide seamless, memorable experiences and the revenue will follow”
Starting your own business is hard, what would you recommend someone should do when getting started?
Melvin:
- Listen to your current and new audience members
- Analyze your competitors and current market trends
- Find the “Missing piece” and fill the void.
- Plan a robust go to market strategy
- Test, test, revise, repeat.
Currently, what is the big message you’d like to highlight?
Melvin: The importance of creating scalable brands and digital experiences that place customers first. I would like to further expand my credibility.
Thanks for the interview! What is the best way for someone to reach you if they are interested in working with you?
Melvin: Feel free to reach out to me here https://mrose.digital/
