Cathy Domoney: Pioneering a New Era of Superconcious Leadership

Cathy Domoney, the founder of Superconscious Leadership, has carved a unique niche in the field of leadership coaching. Originating from England, Cathy has established herself in Australia as a devoted mother to five neurodivergent children, embodying resilience and growth. Her multifaceted career spans roles as a teacher, counselor, hypnotherapist, coach, and trauma practitioner, all of which inform her integrated approach to elevating her clients.

Cathy’s journey began as a personal quest for healing. Faced with significant challenges, including the premature birth of her fifth child and managing three autoimmune diseases, Cathy has navigated adversity with remarkable strength. Her experiences have fortified her resilience and deepened her empathy, enabling her to guide others through their own transformative journeys.

One of Cathy’s core beliefs is the importance of creating a safe and nurturing environment both at home and in professional settings. She emphasizes setting firm yet compassionate boundaries that encourage respect, honesty, and kindness.

Professionally, Cathy works primarily with high achievers, including seven-figure entrepreneurs, helping them heal traumas, dissolve psychological blocks, and remove obstacles hindering their success. Her approach is not just about achieving professional goals but also about fostering a sense of fulfillment and well-being. Cathy’s methodology integrates conscious, unconscious, and superconscious techniques, reflecting her belief that true leadership stems from a place of centeredness, healing, alignment, and visionary thinking from the heart.

Cathy’s commitment to personal growth and empowerment drives her work. She believes that every experience, no matter how challenging, uniquely prepares individuals for a life dedicated to serving humanity through its leaders. In her sessions with clients, Cathy offers more than just clinical expertise; she brings personal resilience, a journey of overcoming pain, and a depth of understanding cultivated through facing adversity firsthand. This holistic approach, infused with a strong maternal presence, allows Cathy to nurture her clients’ breakthroughs with genuine love and compassion.

One of the greatest challenges Cathy faced was the birth of her fifth child nearly seven years ago. Born six weeks premature, the arrival was far from routine, involving a three-and-a-half-hour c-section procedure where Cathy was brought back to life. During this time, her husband was away due to his work as a FIFO (fly-in, fly-out) worker, leaving Cathy to manage the situation alone with their other children. The subsequent six months were the most trying period of her life, compounded by physical, emotional, and mental strain, as well as a lack of family support.

Despite the darkness that enveloped her, Cathy viewed this transformative phase as an opportunity to embrace vulnerability and emerge stronger. With a premature baby in her arms, she took a leap of faith, started her own business, and embarked on a new chapter filled with purpose and resilience. This period of intense personal growth reinforced Cathy’s mission to positively impact the world through her work.

Cathy’s achievements have not gone unnoticed. She was an Ausmumpreneur Finalist in three categories in 2020, a current finalist in the Women Changing the World Awards in association with Sarah Ferguson, Duchess of York, and a nominee for the SA Woman Awards in 2020 and the Ausmumpreneur Awards in 2024. These accolades underscore her dedication and impact in her field.

Looking ahead, Cathy envisions a bold and transformative shift in the global narrative on leadership and trauma. She aims to revolutionize leadership on a global scale, promoting a more nurturing, supportive, and loving style of leadership. Cathy believes that cultivating leaders who operate from a foundation of wisdom, healing, and groundedness is essential for achieving true excellence, both in personal and professional realms.

Through her work, Cathy Domoney continues to inspire and uplift individuals, helping them realize their potential and lead with integrity and purpose. Her journey from personal adversity to professional success exemplifies her commitment to empowering others, setting her apart as a beacon of transformative change in the realms of leadership and personal mastery.
