In his ten-year career as a fitness expert, the well-respected trainer has always been known for his unique ability to connect with his clients. He has connected with millions of people Internationally over the past years, shaping their perspective of mental health, teaching them how to thrive under difficult circumstances, and realize their highest potential as individuals. Teaching his clients these things helps them take personal responsibility for their fitness journey, stay productive, and achieve their goals.
“I wanted to create a community where people could learn to take back control of their own health without any restrictions using simple action steps and daily routines,” Coach Josh Evans explains.
His rich experience in fitness coaching led him to the discovery of three instrumental elements that have been proven to make a lasting difference in the personal fitness journey of his clients: quality strength training, proper nutrition, and a good night’s sleep. Over the years, Coach Josh has learned how to best help his clients work around their busy schedules, incorporate empowering routines into their day-to-day schedule, and realize the essence of living a healthy and active lifestyle.
“At the end of the day, the best plan for you is the plan you are going to be able to stick to. Stop worrying about what your friend or a next-door neighbor is doing. Find the routines that work best for your lifestyle and stick to them. Do what works for you and be happy doing it,” he shares.
Coach Josh finished a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion, making him well-aware of the importance of continual growth and its role in developing long-term sustainable progress. Personally, he, too, is committed to learning new things as part of his lifestyle. When he is not in the gym, he is mostly seen reading a book. He values the process of continuous education and always motivates himself to discover new things and polish his skills so that he can become a better influence to the people around him, especially his clients.
With more and more people becoming conscious about their overall fitness, Coach Josh is nothing but excited to continue in his commitment to reach out to as many people as he can and educate them about the importance of staying fit and active. Making people understand that how being physically fit and healthy affects their overall lifestyle is one of the many things he sees himself doing long-term.
