Darbi, CEO Of BCA Culture, Shares How This New Software Technology Will Change The Lives Of Entrepreneurs

Darbi, a unique name for a unique woman, is a trailblazing entrepreneur who is wise beyond her years. She is faith and family centered with the gift of entrepreneurship. Her consistency throughout the years has been key in achieving success in her life. She graduated with the highest honors from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, obtaining her Bachelor’s in Finance and International Business. Combined with great knowledge from the mentors that she has had throughout her path as an entrepreneur. Darbi has been influential in the network marketing, tax, technology, and music industries, earning multiple figures. Her most recent venture is her business, BCA Culture, the first automated turnkey software that guides entrepreneurs seeking to build business credit, secure funding, and contracts at the click of a button.
“BCA Culture is a FinTech firm paving the way for small business owners through Business Consulting, Management Organization, and Software Services. Our primary focus is for business owners to be in top compliance in their respective industries, gain access to capital, be positioned for government contracts, and capitalize on scaling business opportunities,” Darbi explains.
The Business Credit Agency, or BCA Culture, was recently inaugurated in June of 2019, and has already seen great growth in such a short period of time. In the last quarter of 2019, the agency guided over 75 entrepreneurs to obtain over $4.5 million in business credit and funding opportunities. Since transforming the business model to revolve around software and automation, the business has grown incredibly, especially during Covid-19. They have partnered with Fortune 500 companies to offer funding for business and have now helped over 1,000 entrepreneurs secure multi-millions in business credit, grants, and funding.
“I was motivated to truly assist other small business owners, due to my own experience of being denied for credit and funding. I know firsthand what it feels like to be denied even with cash flow, and it was really discouraging and frustrating to me as a start up business owner,” states Darbi.
Darbi has a passion for transforming lives through entrepreneurship empowerment and has not only done so through her business, but she also supports various charities and non profit organizations that help transform people’s lives and build generational wealth. Aside from her passion for helping business owners, Darbi was motivated to start her own business in order to achieve more freedom and leave a legacy that she was proud of.
“It means so much to me to be in the position of having options and the freedom to really advance and grow multiple businesses that can be passed down to future generations while positively impacting others,” states Darbi.
Building her business has not come without challenges. In fact, Darbi has had to overcome the limiting beliefs she had and grow, develop, and understand the power she has within. Furthermore, she has overcome common business challenges such as access to capital, building her brand’s identity, as well as composing a team she can trust. This is why Darbi recognizes the importance of mindset in achieving success and says,
“It makes the difference between being able to execute or not execute. I would even say mindset is important in life overall in everything you do. As I have evolved and grown, the more mindset and personal development has truly helped to mold my belief, habits, and even how I operate my businesses.”
This year, Darbi’s goal is to positively impact 10,000 entrepreneurs who use the BCA Culture software to position their business. In fact, Darbi wants to invest into startup business owners and create meaningful partnerships. Currently, she is working with her team on projects to expand their brand and reach more entrepreneurs through multiple partnerships to grow the business.
“I have learned over the years the importance of changing, pivoting, and evolving before I have to. It is so important to stay personally developed and empowered. It is so important to constantly progress and stay consistent. Only believe. Only advance and believe!,” shares Darbi.
