Daylight Realty Jason Ng Explains His Entry Into Real Estate

Daylight Realty’s Jason Ng is helping people find their perfect homes. Having been raised in a real estate family, he has been taking to digital platforms online to share how people from all walks of life can find their perfect dream homes.

Aside from his content helping people find their dream homes, and apart from helping clients one-on-one, Jason Ng works with dozens of clients every year to help them buy and sell homes.

Moreso, Jason Ng’s advice has proven useful and has been shared online among realtors who are looking to improve their workflow and gain new clients.

The idea of entering the real estate market without prior experience, however, can be a scary one. That’s why Jason Ng does his best to arm budding realtors in Canada and around the world with timely advice to increase their confidence and encourage them to pursue their dreams.

“The earlier you start working in real estate, the better,” says Jason Ng.

More importantly however, than when you start, is how you conduct yourself as a realtor once you actually do.

First and foremost, Jason Ng says people who trust in a realtor are expecting them to get the best possible deal for them and their families. That’s why it’s important to prioritize finding the best property or making the best sale rather than performing a quick transaction. The quality of your work and your reputation in real estate follows you, especially in a local market.

Daylight Realty’s Jason Ng goes on to say that realtors should deal with their clients with the utmost respect, sincerity and commitment. He says that clients should also have the utmost faith and trust for their realtor, and truly believe that they are doing the right thing, standing by them and finding them the best possible deal.

Jason Ng has found throughout his time as a realtor at Daylight Realty that the most valuable thing he has done is putting the needs of his clients first and above his own. It is this precise action that has allowed him to be competitive and sought after in Vacnouver’s real estate market.

“New realtors should always put themselves in their clients’ shoes,” says Ng.

“If clients have kids, having quality education close would usually be one of their top considerations,” says Jason Ng. Ng says he tries his best to thoroughly explain the pros and cons behind any purchase so that his clients can make informed decisions.

Clients consider location, lifestyle, neighbourhood and much more when purchasing property. Another important factor when purchasing a home is how long a client has to keep a home before selling in order to break even. Ng says that he aims to provide enough info and strategic analysis to his clients so that they can make the best choice and have confidence in the decisions they make.
