Dealing With Challenges: How Fitness Model Jemps D. Thebaud Deal With Setbacks In His Career

The ups, downs, challenges, and advice from Jemps D. Thebaud as a fitness model overcoming setbacks in the modeling industry.

Finding your voice, in an industry like modeling, is something Jemps has had to go through & has been thriving in.

Being a fitness model and business owner you go through so many challenges, Jemps explains. The biggest challenge I have faced in this industry is navigating through real friends and fake friends. “Everyone will try being your friend once you get something going but a lot of it is fake.” Knowing people’s intentions is a challenge. “Do they seek my best interest? …Is a question I ask myself a lot.” He stated.

“Sticking to your purpose is the best way to face these challenges head-on. Remembering why you started in your industry and what is your purpose. I have learned that understanding people’s intentions in this industry comes with experience.”

The second piece of advice he would give to anyone first starting in their industry even if it’s not modeling is, “Stay positive and stay away from negative energy, what you put out into the universe is what comes back. Do not let someone’s chapter 10 affect how you feel about your chapter one, we’re all on different journeys.”

As long he works hard and keeps positive energy around him, he believes that he would keep being successful and inspiring others to do the same.
