Disrupting Wound Care: How ViaDerma’s Lead Product Vitastem Ultra Delivers Medicine & Results Unlike Anything Else

Highly effective wound care treatments are essential to health care – from improving patient mobility and increasing life expectancy, to preventing infection and/or the spread of infections. Wound care is big business, as the global wound care market was valued at $18.51 billion in 2022 and is expected to grow to $28.2 billion by 2029, with a 6.9% CAGR during the forecast period, according to a recent study by Fortune Business Insights.

The need for new & innovative wound care treatments is needed more than ever in healthcare due to the rise of HAIs (healthcare-acquired infections) like the antibiotic-resistant superbug MRSA (flesh-eating bacteria) that wreaks havoc in hospitals and other healthcare facilities around the world.

HAIs like MRSA & staph infection cost healthcare billions of dollars in additional, unnecessary costs each year, while millions of people acquire additional infections, prolonging their hospital stays, decreasing their mobility, life expectancies, and often result in death due to additional complications. Nearly all of these HAIs are preventable.

And you know what? There is one company on a mission to deliver solutions to the global healthcare industry unlike any other currently. Introducing, ViaDerma, a specialty pharmaceutical company that is developing & licensing its innovative transdermal drug delivery system to leaders within the pharmaceutical industry in a wide variety of therapeutic areas such as wound care and infectious skin diseases.

In addition to Viaderma’s innovative transdermal drug delivery technology, they have also developed one of the world’s strongest first aid & topical antibiotics, Vitastem, which uses ViaDerma’s innovative transdermal delivery method of applying almost any active ingredient to a topical drug.

Vitastem utilizes the innovative TDD with their unique chemistry methods along with several other natural ingredients, plus their active ingredient Bacitracin, which is commonly used in other ointment formulations like the popular Neosporin. However, the big difference is that after over 10 years of testing, optimizing, and reformulating their next generation topical antibiotic spray, Vitastem Ultra, has proven to be 10,000x more effective than Neosporin and other name brand products too as a first aid & topical antibiotic used for wound care and infection prevention.

Doctors sure seem to like the results too. “We have a patient that is allergic to Mupirocin, Neosporin BAC, and Polysporin. She was able to use Vitastem with great results.” said, Michael Mancuso, MD at University Hospital of Cleveland.

While it was originally designed over a decade ago to heal diabetic ulcers and wounds, Vitastem Ultra has done exceptionally well at treating diabetic wounds and boasts that some 96% of patients saw really positive improvements within just 2 weeks of using it. In comparison to the largest name brand Rx competitor, where only about 50% of the competitors’ patients saw any improvements and that was at around 20 weeks of use, Vitastem’s results dwarfed those.

Vitastem Ultra has been commonly referred to as a “miracle worker” by many healthcare professionals. It has also proved to be a very promising first aid & topical antibiotic for several infectious skin diseases, surgical & diabetic wounds, along with killing antibiotic-resistant bacteria like staph infection and MRSA (flesh-eating bacteria) and a major help to combating healthcare acquired infections (HAIs) at hospitals and nursing homes.

“Vitastem has been a miracle worker on my patient’s wounds. In the 9 months I have been using it I have not seen one infection of the wounds. Patients love it, so do I. Easy application and extremely effective.” Said, Judi Miller, FNP.

Why is ViaDerma’s transdermal delivery system so powerful?

ViaDerma’s innovative, patent-pending dual carrier transdermal delivery technology can transform oral medications into topical ointments and deliver rapid results to the desired site of action far more effectively than other products on the market. We do this by facilitating the transfer of chemicals through the stratum corneum with a diffusion constant that is 10,000x higher.

Their transdermal technology can be used in any field, including cosmetics, sports supplements, first aid products, wound care, and treating common bacterial skin diseases like acne, eczema, and psoriasis. In addition to skin infections, their lead product Vitastem has helped heal diabetic ulcers, 1st to 3rd degree burns, boils, shingles, and antibiotic resistant bacteria like staph and MRSA (flesh-eating bacteria).

Vitastem Ultra utilizes a patent-pending, specialized combination of ingredients and has hacked the delivery formula that enables medicine to be transported at 10x the strength and depth of other products in the marketplace today. It’s really all about the chemistry and proprietary formulas used. But here are some key features to know about Vitastem Ultra.

To date, Vitastem Ultra has saved countless patients from amputations thus reducing their hospital stays and increasing their life expectancy. It is the only antibiotic in the world that kills with both a physical and chemical mechanism, giving it a unique ability to overcome drug resistant bacteria like staph & MRSA (flesh-eating bacteria).

Vitastem Ultra possesses a unique ability to heal and regenerate tissue unlike any other medication currently on the market. It is safe to use for all age groups too, being that it is a Class-1 medical product, meaning it’s in the safest category of medical products available for over the counter (OTC) use. Being that Vitastem is a topical antibiotic, it does not have the same ill-effects on the internal organs of the body as oral antibiotics tend to do. And, unlike using antibiotics orally, Vitastem won’t harm your kidneys or any of the good bacteria in one’s stomach either.

Vitastem Ultra uses a unique formula that stimulates the cell wall such that it is up to 10x more permeable than normal, allowing for substantially more medicine to enter the cell. This process overwhelms and kills the bacteria so quickly that it does not have time to adapt and develop resistance. Vitastem patients often see results within 24 hours versus 5 to 7 days (as is the case with other products that treat the same conditions).

What’s next for ViaDerma?

Aside from continually expanding their sales efforts globally to wound care professionals and helping physicians and their patients’ treat infectious skin diseases like eczema, psoriasis, to more serious antibiotic-resistant bacteria like staph infection & MRSA (flesh-eating bacteria).

ViaDerma recently announced that they are pursuing an entry into the hair restoration market to tackle male pattern baldness with Nupelo, a new hair regrowth product that is planned to be launched in Q2 of 2023. According to ViaDerma’s CEO, Dr. Otiko, the decision was made due to the exceptional results of regrowing hair after months of testing out their new product.

In addition to these products, their highly innovative transdermal drug delivery technology can be licensed to develop products for medical cannabis, cosmetics, and pet care too.

Aside from ViaDerma’s global expansion of developing & licensing their transdermal delivery technology, selling Vitastem Ultra into healthcare facilities nationwide, and preparing to bring a new hair regrowth product to market soon, it seems like nothing is stopping the energy and momentum ViaDerma is bringing to the healthcare industry with new & innovative wound care treatments like Vitastem Ultra.

The future of wound care seems bright with disruptive products like Vitastem and TDD solutions that ViaDerma is working diligently to bring to the masses around the world.
