Eli and Mike Modernizing the Real Estate Landscape

Real estate is one of the most consistent, yet lucrative industries on the planet. Having been around and thriving ever since we as humans decided to settle down in one place for our lives, real estate proves itself to be an incredibly persistent realm of business that has and will continue to be a powerhouse in creating meaningful economic stability and prosperity for as long as people will need homes to live in. That being said, real estate by nature is not exactly the most interesting, innovative, or easiest industry to get into for buyers, sellers, or agents to get into. Some may even say it is unvarying to a detriment because it being so old (real estate), and often expensive, the industry has taken on a sort of pattern where its practitioners only allow themselves to operate by the “tried and true” methods of working that leave little to no room for creativity as well as having a habit of neglecting people whose backgrounds are not favorably rich or predominant socially.

There are those in this business, however, who seek to modernize the world’s representation in buying and selling houses such as real estate moguls, Eli Delgado, and Mike Vizcarra. Eli and Mike are a team of realtors and each one half of the company M&E Real Estate Services. Throughout their years in the industry, they have always prided themselves on being unique from their peers in countless ways, such as being gay and even being able to conduct business together as a couple for the past 11 years with marriage being on the horizon. They both have the goal of creating a much more modern experience while representing those communities that go overlooked that they are also a part of.

As Eli and Mike explain “We offer our services with variety, a sense of style, commitment to grow, youthful millennial understanding, experienced in many real estate business fields, major real estate connections, loan product knowledge, and a huge wow positive factor in the gay community.” Mike and Eli use real estate as a vehicle to support and build their own communities first, rather than just a way to make consistent money in an industry oversaturated with the same tired and outdated practices being used for generations before us.

Eli and Mike have also helped people of all orientations find homes that fit their needs. From the streets of San Bernardino County to the lavish grounds of Beverly Hills they have serviced clients from multiple walks of life. As Eli puts it, “Sometimes we just have to give back. We must always show how much we care — money is an important tool, but integrity is even more important.” Especially when it comes to trusting another person with what tends to be the biggest purchase someone is ever going to make in their lifetime, it is incredibly important to trust that they would have your own interests come in first from point A to Z.

Eli and Mike have come to embrace what makes them different and have been able to use that as a foundation on which to erect an enterprise that values family and community much in the same way as the very properties they foresee. While it may be hard to be the odd one out at first, Eli and Mike prove that the rewards that follow can only be as infallible as they are everlasting and selfless paving new ways for generations of realtors in the future to operate in the real estate industry.
